Wow! Talk about great customer service and taking care of their customers!!! From the first greeting to giving me a quote-it was all done with a genuine smile. I dropped off my car for an oil change and they called to tell me that they reccomended me to change air filters and gave me price and option for them to take care of it right there and then, when I opted it out they never pressured me and just told me I could buy them at any auto part store and do them myself- which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to mechanics. When I picked up my car, my price was what they had quoted one-not a penny more. Also, when I entered my car...there was a sweet envelope with candy inside with a note that said they appreciated me as a customer....what a sweet gesture!
