I wish I had discovered this place before. Very helpful, offered me options that would save me money. Told me I didn't ned a particular service I inquired about. While I waited for my car I heard the owner do the same with a protective customer. Have already recommended Honest Care to my friends and family. Will definitely patronize again.

Wow! Talk about great customer service and taking care of their customers!!! From the first greeting to giving me a quote-it was all done with a genuine smile. I dropped off my car for an oil change and they called to tell me that they reccomended me to change air filters and gave me price and option for them to take care of it right there and then, when I opted it out they never pressured me and just told me I could buy them at any auto part store and do them myself- which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to mechanics. When I picked up my car, my price was what they had quoted one-not a penny more. Also, when I entered my car...there was a sweet envelope with candy inside with a note that said they appreciated me as a customer....what a sweet gesture!

Brad and his team are awesome. Great customer service, fair prices and, unlike other service centers, they don’t try to up-sell services you don’t need.

These guys are the best! They are funny, they dont give you B/S. They will shoot it to you straight. They don't try and push products or services! They will say , " You don't need to buy that right now. The one you have is still working "! Most of all, they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with their work!

Love them! Super knowledgeable and never pushy. I know next to nothing about cars and they always explain everything in detail so I get a better picture of how my car works. I recently bought a used car and immediately thought of taking it to them so they can look at it because I trust them. The waiting room is clean, they have complimentary refreshments, internet, and a place for the kids to play. The staff is always welcoming, I will always go there for my car needs.

The best review a customer can give is whether they would use the business again. Yes, I will definitely use Honest-1 Auto Care in the future and confidently recommend their services.

I called and made an appointment for 10am on Saturday. They said "see you then honey". I walked in this morning and was told there was no appointments on Saturday and they weren't accepting any more business for the day. I left and found another mechanic.
