Rarely do you find a place that repairs cars that is as kind, quick and honest as this place. Each time I've been in I'm greeted by friendly faces. It's hard to find a new mechanic after moving to a new city. We are so glad we found this place! They left a nice little treat in my car when I picked it up too! I took my car in for an alignment and was so happy with the customer service and how up front they were about everything going on. They broke down exactly what they had to do, how long it would take and quickly got my car ready to go. Every time I have taken my car into a shop it takes a while for turn around time just based or car parts being ordered. Today I dropped off my car and had it back within hours with all problems solved. The company is kid friendly as it has a big play area to keep the little ones entertained. There is also a comfortable couch and big TV area to wait while your car is being fixed.

Honest-1 was incredibly helpful when my family and I were in a serious pinch. They went out of their way to accommodate us with a serious car emergency. The owner, Brian, was great to work with the entire time. And true to their name, they gave me the most honest car assessment I have ever had. I would highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care.

I have been taking my cars here, from San Clemente, for the past 6 years. When I have questions, this is the place for the answers. It is easier now, with appointments, but they still get me in and out with my on-time oil changes. Also, the facility is extremely clean and organized.

I found the facility to be wonderfully clean, the coffee a real (and welcome) surprise, and the work done in an efficient, business-like manner. Your prices are competitive and reasonable. Fortunately, you found a problem I only suspected might be lurking! Thanx for everything. You guys are a complete package!

The Honest 1 team are great. They will do just about anything to get your job done on time and right the first time. I have been a customer since they opened and I have not been disappointed.

Didn't get service here but they were very nice and referred me to a shop that did provide the service that I need. Would gladly stop back in for other service! Nice lobby with kids play area and work stations. Plenty of parking.
