It's a bummer I just moved out of state because H1AC was always a joy to deal with. Friendly and helpful at the front desk, they even gave me a ride to work when I showed up with an unexpected flat and no appointment which was a life saver. These guys are great and do excellent work always. Best wishes to them!

I'm so impressed with Kurt, Brad, and Honest-1 Auto Care. I was driving my dad's car in Irvine when it started to shake. I do not live here, but a quick yelp search pulled up Honest-1 Auto, so I had my car towed to Honest-1 Auto. Kurt was super patient and kind and gave me an estimate that was extremely fair. I ended up having the car towed to my dad's personal mechanic back home, but if I lived around Irvine, I would not have hesitated to service my car here. I'm recommending them to everyone I know in the Irvine area.

I had one of the best experience getting my car (Infinity FX35) fixed for oil leaks. Kurt and his team looked at the problem and gave me estimate for replacing O-Ring and oil change. They also fixed my hood...From now on I am taking my car here.

Wow what a great find... a Auto Repair Shop that is Honest and Fair!!! I live in New Jersey... my Parents live in Costa Mesa and are in their 90's. Honest fixed my Dad's Air Conditioning on his 86 Mercury Grand Marquis and my Mom's 99 Cadillac Concourse charging system. The work was performed quickly, the process were fair and the cars were clean when returned. Plus they kept me in the Loop to make all decisions making it easy on my Folks. Thank You to All of the Honest Team!!! BTW the Lobby is Clean, soft drinks are free and they have a Kid Zone! Greg NJ Customer

Not only was the customer service top notch, the prices were extremely reasonable, and the shop was spotless! Yes Yes YES! This is EXACTLY the type of business I want to deal with and aspire to be in my own industry. Affordable, clean, friendly, professional, FAST, honest. I found them to have better prices than Big O Tires for my oil change and new tires. I also asked them to check my brakes because I was having vibrations/feedback in steering column when I pressed on brake at higher speeds. Kurt and Brad told me it's likely warped rotors. They were right as I still had plenty of brake pad left. So they called me to ask if they could do a slight resurfacing of rotors and that fixed the problem. In my experience their prices were relatively low. Yet Honest A-1 Auto Care is a premium service.
