These guys run a great business, through and through. As soon as I walked through the door, I was made to feel right at home by Brad at the front desk and we started chatting like we were old friends. Service was done quickly by technician Tony, who clearly knows what he's doing. Furthermore, they live up to their name, as I was not upsold on anything, and Brad took me into the service area to visually point some things I'm going to need. They clearly explain things, give you all the information they feel is important, and there was no pressure to do anything in the moment. Also, I observed how the staff dealt with other customers besides me; same level of service and no upselling. Finally, their prices are more than fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them. Keep up the fine work, gentlemen!

I will not be coming back to Honest 1 after today when Brad refused my business after getting into an awful verbal confrontation with the tow truck driver who towed my car. My sister and I were shocked at the confrontation and deeply hurt at his turning me away after years of bringing them business. What transpired between Brad and the driver should have had nothing to do with accepting business from me. No excuse for such behavior. I do not appreciate feeling humiliated. Service great, price right, all is good.

First bad review I've ever written but I'm still having nightmares about these guys. They completely wrecked by Jeep srt 8 over a radiator/hose. After replacing a radiator with this company my hose blew and my car red lined 3 times! I brought it back 3 times and they were completely unapologetic, inexperienced workers, cheap parts. My radiator hose blew a 4th time I took my vehicle somewhere else and ended up selling the vehicle because of the nightmare I lived with these guys... I travel a lot and need a reliable vehicle after what they did I was driving with fear, everywhere I went I was afraid my hose would blow. Not to mention manager was very rude and unapologetic. After my hose blew the 2nd or 3rd time I told him this was ridiculous, the manager went in the back and gave me something to the effect of $20 coupon for my next visit, I couldnt believe it! Slap in the face... I wouldn't have written this even after they failed to do their job 3 times if it wasn't for their unapologetic attitude and rudeness. They don't know what they're doing. Welcoming staff and environment. Very detailed report of car inspection and anything that needs to be replaced sent to your email with photos. Pricing can't be beat!

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and of course, HONEST. What else could you ask for from any company, let alone an auto shop. Completed task and reason for visit, but found some other issues...even took pictures to show me (evidence...I love it). Instead of trying to push a sale and fix the problem, they recommended I call the dealer and check my warranty first. Now that's honest and transparent. In addition, the shop is clean, plenty of complimentary beverage options, free WiFi, kid play center, etc. Thank you Kurt.
