I called around to get an oil change and they were very nice on the phone, gave me the best price too. I walked in and I knew there'd be a wait. It's a Saturday. They have wifi, large screen TV and iPads. If I needed to stay for awhile it would be OK. They told me the price up front and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back, why would I go anywhere else.

It upholds the name 'Honest'. The team there are friendly and knowledgeable, makes me feel good about taking my car there occasionally. I enjoy the small but pleasant waiting area. They break the stereotype auto mechanics who tend to leave you with a bad taste. Any day I'd run to Honest-1 without having second thoughts.

Honest-1 was very transparent. They gave me the information and my options and let me decide on the services. The pricing was good and the service was excellent.

Honest 1 was amazing! My boyfriend brought in his land cruiser and received a transmission service and rear differential rebuild. Very honest family run business. Brad was amazing! They all were really!! Not just good customer service but they know there stuff!!

Just wanted to write an update! I still take my Honda Element here for regular oil changes & for any repair work that needs to be done on my car. Even though I moved to Laguna Niguel! They're great! Brad is so funny and explains everything so well, Kurt is just as amazing! :) I truly love this place and am glad I found a shop that not only takes care of my baby, but also me! If you need a good, trusted mechanic, go here! Honest-1 Auto Care is the place to go! I first got my oil changed with them in October of last year, the two guys that are usually behind the counter are the best. They're super funny, friendly and flexible. They truly make sure that you get the best experience that you can have there. I went for my second oil change and to get my tires rotated yesterday and they were as great as always! They don't push you either, they give you a list of what needs to be worked on for your vehicle along with the prices and don't push you at all to do them unless you either want to or they feel like it should really be fixed right then and there. If it can wait a couple of weeks, they have no problem letting you know it can wait till then. My car was running beautifully of course! They even left a little goodiebag with candy in my car that I found when I left! So sweet! Besides the welcoming and friendly environment, their lobby is also great to hang around in. They have 3 mini ipads set up that you can use to browse the internet, free WiFi, a huge TV, a kids play area, a nice single bathroom that's always clean, free beverages (water, soda, coffee, etc) as well as very comfortable couches and tables around the room. Brought my car here a few times. They are easy to get to with plenty of parking. They interior is spacious and has an area for kids to play. They have iPads for customers to use and a TV sitting area. Service was quality. The seemed knowledgeable especially with Toyota. They even discouraged services they felt would not benefit the car. Not the cheapest but ok for the service and quality. Overall will come back.

Excellent Service Provided at Honest-1 Auto Care ..... I came in for a regular oil change, was educated about the different Oil types, and their advantages as well as cost benefits, enabling me to make an educated decision on type of Oil that would work best for me. Also, basic car inspection was carried out, a detailed and honest feedback provided, with no pressure to do any "additional" work. Great service and speedy. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks !

best service! & they offer free roadside assistance whenever you get a service done. I used it when my AAA took 3 hrs to come fix a flat for me. call Honest Auto instead & they got there within the hour!

I have been going to Brad and his amazing team for years! I can't say enough about they're professionalism. I always drive away knowing that they have given 200% of themselves. Highly recommend especially if you're looking to switch to a better mechanic. You won't be disappointed!
