Service was good up to the point on the freeway, I realized the hood wasn't latched down.

I met this family on a trip, And I can say without setting a foot in there shop. This are great people to deal with.

My steering wheel seemed to be having difficulty turning the other day, so I took my car to Honest-1 to see if there was something wrong. After leaving my car with them, Brad called me a few hours later to say that they had checked everything out, and it was all working well; the only thing he could think that could have caused the problem was that water could have gotten stuck in the car somewhere after the heavy rains we had just had. I thought that they might end up charging me a diagnostic fee (which a lot of other auto shops do), but I was able to leave paying nothing! I was so happy with their service, and will definitely be going back there if I ever have car troubles in the future.

Awesome service from people you can trust

I had a dead battery on a Prius and I need a new one. I only went here because they were next to my house and I could walk over. I explain the situation and they send a guy to walk back with me to jump start my car so I could bring it to the shop. They don't have the battery I need on hand (it was a very unique battery) so the owner orders the battery from the dealership, sends his team to pick it up, then installs the battery. They could have dinged me with service fees, delivery fees, jumping fees, inspection fees, and charged extra for the battery. Nope, $20 for the install plus the battery at cost. Thanks guys.

These guys are extremely courteous and friendly. Took great care of me on short notice. I would highly recommend them. Will happily be coming back again.

I have taken three of my cars here and always receive great service. They will drive you home and pick you up. They allow you to decide what repair work you want done without pressure. Their prices are fair and is their advice.
