These guys are great! They are both personable and professional. I have an older car, so I've been in a few times. Each time, they remember me, and remember what they did the last time. Except in unusual cases, they get me in and out the same day, even if parts for a 15-year-old car have to be ordered. And, being on their mailing list for coupons, etc. doesn't hurt! I highly recommend them!

Always receive premier service with a upbeat/friendly attitude. Brad and his staff are exceptional.

I have come here for several issues over the past year or so and I have never been disappointed by the fabulous customer service that has been presented to me on each visit. Whenever I come in with a problem the staff informs me what is wrong, likely cases of how the problem arose, what they will do to fix it, how much it will cost, and an estimate of how long it will take. After they take the vehicle in for inspection they always call me to confirm that the issue is still the same as originally presumed and ask if I would like to go through with the repairs, of course after giving me another estimate on cost and time. No surprise charges at all. Honest-1 Auto has also impressed with their policy of informing the customer of what needs to be done now and what can wait until later. They have yet to try to perform any services that the car is not in need of at the time. They merely inform and ask what the customer would like to do. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area, or even those willing to travel for truly excellent customer service.

This was my 2nd visit to Honest-1 Auto Care and I must say their level of customer service is exceptional. I was able to setup my remote office in their waiting area and get work done while I waited on my car. Oh and the "Thank you" bag of candy was a great touch. Great job Brad. I understand the value of customer service and I want to know that I thank you for the great experience.
