Every time I get my car serviced at Honest 1 -my experience is the best. The customer care and treatment is great and my car likes it too!

This was my first visit to Honest-1 and I was very impressed with the service and atmosphere; from how I was greeted to the free cold water and comfortable sofas. I needed a same-day appointment and Janet made sure I got one that was convenient for me so I could come on my lunch hour. Brad made my visit quick and painless - and very low cost. They seriously live up to their name here... HONEST! They are no BS, they deliver on what they promise, and they are seriously some of the nicest people I have met. I'm not exactly well-versed in the car world but the owner, Brad, took the time to honestly and thoroughly answer my questions about what needed to be worked on. AND they didn't try to up-sell me like most auto repair shops usually do. They are quick, although I never feel like they are rushing me out the door. And the best part? Their shop is actually CLEAN and there are enjoyable places to sit while they work on your car. They have a full lounge area, and a fridge stocked with beverages. I have referred friends and family here and will continue to do so because they are nice, quick, clean, and actually ETHICAL! Highly recommended.

Clean facility; car seems to be running a little rough when sitting still, so I may return to have this checked. Overall satisfied with the service.
