Brad and his team are the best. I've been bringing my car here for everything from oil changes to crazy repairs ever since my manufacturer's warranty expired, and I haven't looked back. Recently I had to go back to the dealership for a safety recall issue, and of course they found a bunch of other things that needed attention (and that they could actually charge me for). While most of them were things I knew I could do on my own (You want to charge me $60 for new wiper blades? Come on!), I did have a torn CV boot that was leaking pretty terribly that they quoted me $420 to replace. I called Honest-1 and Brad said he could do it for $377. I picked my car up from the dealership as soon as I could (which took forever, because the dealership always takes way longer than expected) and dropped it off at Honest-1 around 5pm. Brad and his stellar team had my baby all ready to go by 6pm. They're friendly, efficient, straightforward, and everything you could want in an auto repair shop.

I trust Brad and his team for everything from oil changes to crazy repairs. One of my CV boots was torn and leaking terribly, and Honest-1 took care of everything quickly, professionally, and for about $50 less than the dealership wanted to charge me. These guys are the best!

Woke up Sat. Morning with a dead battery. Called H-1. Able to it started and drove to H-1. In thirty minutes I had a new battery, and on my way.

Super happy with my experience at Honest One Auto Care. They name of their company really says it all. I was in need of a oil change fast and had been a loyal customer at another auto place but had been getting horrible service from them for months. I was recommended to Honest One from a family member and now tell everyone I know how great Honest One is. The environment is relaxing and clean, the workers and pleasant and welcoming. They were able to get me in for a oil change right away and I didn't wait any longer than 45 min which was perfect. I will be happy to become a loyal customer to Honest One Auto Care. Awesome service! Quick and friendly, and a great price. Less $ for an oil change than i was paying elsewhere, and a much better experience. The waiting room is also really nice, with comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee and drinks. They even leave a treat in your car!

I thought this was one of the best experiences I've ever had going to an auto repair/service shop. I've been going to Firestone for years, but we've always had disappointing service results starting with long intake and wait times to get the car into the garage. It would take a half day 8 out of 10 times to get even the basic services completed like an oil change or tire rotation. But when I visited this shop, I got immediate service and Brad was able get a mechanic to check on a strange sound after 15 minutes of my arrival, within 30 minutes to get a diagnosis that ultimately needed an alternator replacement. Brad ordered the part immediately and got a signature from me to complete the work within 1.5 hours. Overall, the alternator replacement with the oil change took about 3 hours or less. It was very quick! The only reason I cannot give a full 5 stars is because the oil change was a bit sloppy. When I checked under the hood there was oil/chemical spray all over the engine bay and onto my windshield where there is a gap between the engine and hood opening. So when I drive against the sun, I can see oil spray all over the lower part of the windshield.

I always take my car into Honest 1 Auto Car for any issues regarding my car. They always take very good care of me.
