Brad is probably the best repair shop owner in this entire world! Took my car in within 1 hour, repaired, and even drove me 20 miles away to my Dr. Appt. he needs to get major investments from outside to open up more shops bigger than Pepboys. This place is amazing!

The owner Brad took my car in, got my car started, drove me himself to my Dr's appointment all in the first hour. But he was super swamped and left the shop to his staff to take care of this customer. I have never received such excellent customer service! Better than anything I have experienced!

Great service & very friendly, went above & beyond what I was there for. Comfy lounge with bottled water, soda or coffee too. I will definitely recommend Honest Auto.

Great service from start to finish - Didn't try to up sell me. Diagnosed the problem and that's the job they did. Dropped me off and picked me up from work which was an added bonus. Over all a great experience.

Great place! I was really pleased that as a woman, the shop didn't try to take advantage of me and sell me what I didn't need. That's a huge problem with a lot of places. I also appreciated getting the best price for all the work I had done. Way better than the dealer. In fact, I was so pleased, I had my partner bring her car in the next day for her oil change. :) You're our new shop!
