I have to say with the honesty, and integrity that Brad and his team show me each time I go there goes well beyond a lot of these other places I've been to in the past. Upfront over the phone verbal diagnoses, pricing and availability on when to bring my cars in tells me a lot with these guys and gals who work for Brad. I like the step by step updates keeping me informed whether I'm there at the shop or not. Everything about honest 1 is great !! Always up front and yes their workmanship is great too. If ever a day I feel like not doing the work myself I can always count on and rely on Brad and his great team to get the job done for me. I've been going to Honest 1 for at least 5 years after a friend recommended them and I have never been disappointed. I've never felt pressured for unnecessary services and they have actually let me know when I don't need something that I've asked about. Between my 2006 4Runner and my husband's 2005 Avalanche, they have done general service, breaks, alternator, transmission, air conditioning, tires and I'm sure I'm missing some others. They are very efficient too. For, my most recent visit, I had an appointment for next day afternoon but ended up dropping my car off the evening prior. They diagnosed it and fixed it the next morning, before my scheduled appointment! And, bonus, Kurt and Brad are really nice; they remind me of friendly uncles who also know about cars. Highly recommend Honest 1.
