Great place. They don't try and upsell you. Friendly staff. Great price.

I don't know about the other locations, but this one lives up to the namesake. My fiancée & i have taken our vehicles to this location. They preform the services that you take your auto info at very reasonable prices. If they see something that needs to be brought to your attention they will call or text you. They ask if you would like to have that service done. They do NOT push services on you. If you ask "is this a need to do now, or can it wait"? They will tell you honestly yes or no. They will even send you an email reminding you that that service is due. In my opinion if you take your vehicle to one of those quick oil change places or your dealership you are wasting your time & money. I have dealt with Brad exclusively. If you choose to wait they have a nice waiting area with cold beverages & sometimes snacks. If you wish to leave they will call you when service is complete.

Prompt and honest service. What more can a customer ask for? Came in with and AC issue and the H-1 team quickly and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved the issue. As a gear head who has no time or equipment to perform a DIY AC service at home, I highly recommend Brad, Kurt and the rest of the team at H-1 Costa Mesa. I will be back.

Kurt was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he was more than happy to answer all of them and take really good care of me. I felt very comfortable there and with the work that was done. If feeling comfortable is important to you, then I would definitely recommend them!!
