Awesome and Honest. They stay true to their name and provide fast service. They will be my new go to for auto repairs. I highly recommend the company as well as Brad and Kurt. They gave me options between factory and non factory parts, and when the reason I towed it there mystically corrected itself they chose instead to call me and let me know that it was now working, as opposed to just replacing the part and making the quick labor revenue on it. Because of this I trusted them and had them replace a part (O2 Sensor) that had been needing replacement for awhile. They ordered the part, had it delivered and had it done in the same afternoon. I have always been wary of mechanics and shops, but Brad and Kurt make you feel comfortable and their customer service first approach gives you the vibe that recommended repairs are actual necessary and actually completed. Thanks Guys, I will be back!

My original mechanic for the past decade had sold his shop so, I've been stressed looking for a mechanic that I can trust. This was my first visit to Honest-1 Auto Care. I read the positive reviews but, was still skeptical. I made an appointment, was explained the whole process of how the service will be performed, and was told my car should be done in about an hour. I walked into an impressively nice, spacious and clean office... received a friendly welcome from Kurt. After getting some info, my BMW was immediately driven into the shop to be worked on. There are a good variety of complimentary refreshments while you wait on comfortable chairs to relax and watch tv or use their free wifi. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They didn't try to sell me on any other work. When I got in my car, there was a little gift with a "thank you" note sitting on the dash. I am happy to have found an Honest and Professional auto shop. I will definitely be coming back, and will refer my friends and families!

They did a thorough inspection of my car, provided me with a detailed report of what it needed and they were totally honest and clearly looking out for my best interests in advising me as to the course of action I should take with the vehicle. They also changed the oil and fixed the rear hatchback door for a very reasonable price. I will definitely adopt "Honest-1 Auto Care" as my official automobile repair shop and I can say without hesitatation, that if you need any type of auto repair and you don't want to worry about getting ripped off, look no further! Honesty is definitely the policy with these Gentlemen.

I have been going to this spot since I moved to California 4 years ago. Coming from a family of mechanics I'm always leary on where I take my car. No matter who I worked I with at Honest-1 I was five great service, no pressure to do more, and a friendly smile. If any service was not up to standard they stepped in to fix it and I always felt taken care of and appreciated as a customer and person.

I found honest - 1 via the good ratings on yelp. When I arrived, I spoke directly with the owner who was very kind and helpful. due to the fact that I needed a tight turnaround on an auto repair, and his garage was already full, he not only referred me to another trusted local auto shop, but he got on the phone and called ahead to make sure they had a room for me over there. I can tell this business is ran with integrity and honesty.

Came in for an oil change. The waiting area is super clean and nice with a huge tv and complementary beverages. They guys behind the desk were super friendly and knowledgeable. And there was even a little thank you bag of candy on my dash when I got back in the car :) I This will be my first stop in the future.
