I have taken my car to Honest-1 for several years now. I always get great service, and I like the friendly staff. I get my car back in a timely manner. They always let me know what I need to have done on my car, Several times I have thought I might need brakes, but each time they let me know I did not need brakes. I appreciate their honesty and this gives me confidence to know they aren’t trying to sell me something I don’t need. If I have an urgent problem with my car, they always try to fit me in if possible. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

Making and appointment was easy. Brad was very knowledgeable and supplied me with the information needed to make informed decisions. All work was completed in a timely manner.

Came in for a oil change. Felt super comfortable talking to a few of the mechanics. Waiting area was amazing. They even had a female mechanic which impressed me

Very friendly staff, and an affordably priced oil change. They sent a diagnostic after they reviewed everything with my car, and helped to explain what the issues were. Trustworthy spot to service your vehicle at!

I went in thinking I had a problem with my catalytic converter (a repair around $750) but when I went in and they ran the diagnostics they found it was something else all together, a repair that costed $400. Not only were they thorough in finding the correct problem but it's clear they aren't there just for the money. They were very open and explaining absolutely everything along the way. Brad and Kurt were friendly and fun. My car runs great now and I'll definitely be using their shop for ANY repairs in the future.

I brought my car in on Monday morning with a broken tail light that needed to be repaired on a 2014 Nissan Sentra. They charged me $30 to diagnose my broken tail light. I got a call at about 4 p.m. that afternoon telling me they've been unable to diagnose the problem with my broken tail light and would need to charge me an additional $280 to have someone diagnose the problem. So, basically, these guys wanted upwards of $300 just to tell me how much it would cost to fix my broken tail light. God forbid someone tries to take an actual problem to these guys. Two stars for the nice facility.

I have gone to Honest-1 several times and I am never disappointed. Their customer service is phenomenal with friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. As a woman, I never feel taken advantage of like I have been at other places. They are trustworthy and provide quality repairs.
