Yes Yes YES! This is EXACTLY the type of business I want to deal with and aspire to be in my own industry. Affordable, clean, friendly, professional, FAST, honest. I found them to have better prices than Big O Tires for my oil change and new tires. I also asked them to check my brakes because I was having vibrations/feedback in steering column when I pressed on brake at higher speeds. Kurt and Brad told me it's likely warped rotors. They were right as I still had plenty of brake pad left. So they called me to ask if they could do a slight resurfacing of rotors and that fixed the problem. In my experience their prices were relatively low. Yet Honest A-1 Auto Care is a premium service.

I had a great first experience with Honest-1 today! Brad and his team were wonderful. They have a comfy lounge stocked with beverages, WiFi, a TV, and UNLIMITED dad jokes from Brad. It makes the waiting time and overall experience much more enjoyable than the other places I've been to. Highly recommend these guys!

Brad and his team at Honest-1 were such a pleasure to work with. They squeezed me in last minute and didn't do more than what was necessary. I went in thinking my Rotors were shot so they could have easily said they were and needed to be replaced, but they called and said all that was needed were front pads. It was really refreshing to feel like I was taken care of for a change when it comes to my car.

Kurt was very rude to me! I had booked an appointment for 10:30 and Brad put it in at 8am and when I showed up he told me I could leave it for a couple hours when they had made a mistake or I could take it to another place. He was super rude about it. When I brought it up, Kurt threw back my keys and said he didn't want to service my car. I wouldn't advise going here. He is super rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Just because I am younger doesn't mean I deserve to be disrespected! This isn't the first time Kurt has been rude to me; just the first time I'm reporting his behavior and it changed my views about my favorite auto place.

They were accurate with their quote. The staff was friendly and polite. The service was performed promptly, so I got in and out quickly. No pressure for additional services.

This place is awesome. I was in dire need of an alignment and got in just before their "last call". Brad, was able to make arrangements to accommodate me on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did he he get my truck on the rack but he extended a coupon I wasn't even aware of and made sure his team got the alignment perfect. Most other shops would have tried to just get me in and out as fast as possible. But not Honest-1. They wanted it done right.

Honest 1 is one of the few honest mechanic shops I've run across. The guys there are great, the prices are competitive and the work is as promised. We've been taking our cars there for a while now and have had nothing but positive results. I highly recommend using them for all of your small to large needs
