It was GREAT and they were all just the nicest company to do business with. nice to get my oil changed and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it! Fast service!

I brought my Ford Escape and Porsche 911 in and they took care of everything quick at an honest price. Brad also explained everything that was wrong and what they were going to fix very clearly to me so that I understood everything. Both Brad and Kurt were great. The place is very clean and comfortable if you have to wait for your car. I will definitely be back!

I called around to get an oil change and they were very nice on the phone, gave me the best price too. I walked in and I knew there'd be a wait. It's a Saturday. They have wifi, large screen TV and iPads. If I needed to stay for awhile it would be OK. They told me the price up front and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back, why would I go anywhere else.

It upholds the name 'Honest'. The team there are friendly and knowledgeable, makes me feel good about taking my car there occasionally. I enjoy the small but pleasant waiting area. They break the stereotype auto mechanics who tend to leave you with a bad taste. Any day I'd run to Honest-1 without having second thoughts.

Honest 1 was amazing! My boyfriend brought in his land cruiser and received a transmission service and rear differential rebuild. Very honest family run business. Brad was amazing! They all were really!! Not just good customer service but they know there stuff!!

Just wanted to write an update! I still take my Honda Element here for regular oil changes & for any repair work that needs to be done on my car. Even though I moved to Laguna Niguel! They're great! Brad is so funny and explains everything so well, Kurt is just as amazing! :) I truly love this place and am glad I found a shop that not only takes care of my baby, but also me! If you need a good, trusted mechanic, go here! Honest-1 Auto Care is the place to go! I first got my oil changed with them in October of last year, the two guys that are usually behind the counter are the best. They're super funny, friendly and flexible. They truly make sure that you get the best experience that you can have there. I went for my second oil change and to get my tires rotated yesterday and they were as great as always! They don't push you either, they give you a list of what needs to be worked on for your vehicle along with the prices and don't push you at all to do them unless you either want to or they feel like it should really be fixed right then and there. If it can wait a couple of weeks, they have no problem letting you know it can wait till then. My car was running beautifully of course! They even left a little goodiebag with candy in my car that I found when I left! So sweet! Besides the welcoming and friendly environment, their lobby is also great to hang around in. They have 3 mini ipads set up that you can use to browse the internet, free WiFi, a huge TV, a kids play area, a nice single bathroom that's always clean, free beverages (water, soda, coffee, etc) as well as very comfortable couches and tables around the room.
