Very good costumer service. They explained very plainly what issues they saw and how they went about fixing them. Very nice staff and they had a very clean office with great amenities (water, TV, kid play space, etc).

First, I have a very old car, like classic old that most shops don't want to touch. Second I love the feeling of pulling out of an auto shop knowing my car is better and running good. The feeling is even greater when you feel like the shop cares about you and your car. These guys didn't bat an eye when I needed help with an unconventional repair to a really unconventional car. To me it was a huge relief, to them it seemed another day at the office. The price was more than fair and they went above and beyond on the repair. As a bonus they even rolled with my corny jokes! Good Guys and I can positively say they were HONEST with me about everything (time it would take, cost, etc..) Exceeded my expectations. Will be back!!!

It was my first time coming here and I loved it. Brad, the owner was extremely nice. It's a family owned place and I loved the vibes. Great service!

Sent my daughter for repair and tried to stiff my daughter with over priced alternator job. He gave me option when I got involed by then I lost faith in Brad, a wolf in sheeps clothing don't recommend women to go to this shop

Update: I moved to San Diego and I STILL come back here. I love this shop. The customer service and the actual work they provide. Brad is a great Owner and I trust the guys here implicitly. So much so that I drive from San Diego to Orange County when I need major work done on my 120K+ mile car. I can wait in their comfortable waiting area where drinks are provided. Doesn't get much better than this H1 Auto Care. Love this place! Brad is the bomb. Such a nice, friendly guy. I was treated really fairly and they didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. Truly honest gentleman. I'm so happy I brought my car here. They were very transparent and explained in detail the issue with my car. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way!

Brad and Kurt were very helpful with my 95 Tahoe . Brought in for A/C service and they went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly.Even though my truck is 20+ years old they didn't treat me different and in orange county that says a lot. Thanks guys great job!
