Exactly who they claim to be! Very straight forward. Brad let me know what I actually needed, gave me a great comparison between different brand and rating tires and let me choose based on my needs. Previously, I needed a smog check, they ran it through the computer and it didn't come up with anything. He didn't charge me for running it (most places charged $89.95 just to hook it up to the diagnostic tool) and he said come back if anything else shows up. My point is, out of this world service and integrity. 5 starts all the way. Wow! I will never look for another mechanic for my car again. I came for a smog check that failed elsewhere, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Rather than charge and do a bunch of work, the owner said he would just charge me the reasonable diagnostic fee of $39.95 (Most places seem to be around $89.95 just to plug it into a computer..) They drove me to my office by the airport in the courtesy car, called later that day saying they couldn't find anything wrong, so they weren't going to do unnecessary repairs! How honest! When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly shocked when the owner said he wouldn't even charge me the $39.95 fee since all looked ok. Recommended a great smog place down the street, everything passed, and I'm on my way. So far I have paid them ZERO DOLLARS, and have been amazingly taken care of! Nice people, clean waiting room and bathroom and personal service offering coffee, water or soda while waiting. My car was completed quickly and is running excellent. Recommend them to anyone who wants a honest auto mechanic.

Needed an alignment after getting new tires from Costco. As usual, I turned to Yelp to find a local place for a GOOD PRICE. That's what matters right? After reading the review I decided to make an appointment and knock out this alignment. Everyone at this shop was cool as shit. Brad and Kurt remind me of buddies I would be at the river with. Really cool guys. Mechanics doing the the work were younger and had the same vibe. Talked to me while I watched them work on my Tahoe. Solid establishment I will be back. Thanks fellas.

Excellent service, prompt and courteous. If you need a service that can be trusted 100%, specially when it comes to car repairs, do not look any further. They are family owned and treat you and your car as their own. This place is the rare place where you know you are being treated well.

Brad and Luke are friendly. Very good customer service and reasonable fees. Based on conversations with them, I do believe that they live up to the name of the shop and this is what we need in this world, honest service, reasonable charges.

I been to at least five different auto repair shop and non of them can compare with the honest auto. First, this place will definitely rip you off. They give you a fair price. Second the owner Brad is an awesome and honest man. Super helpful and he is there to help you solve the problem. Third, this place's waiting room is clean and awesome. My Dodge Magnum needed an alignment after getting new tires, so I gave Honest-1 a visit and was very pleased! The Lobby is clean and has many accouterments that I did not expect from an auto repair shop. Brad, the owner, was friendly, courteous and did a great job of explaining to me exactly what I needed. The price was competitive and the job got done quickly and correctly the first time. What more could I ask for?
