I been to at least five different auto repair shop and non of them can compare with the honest auto. First, this place will definitely rip you off. They give you a fair price. My Dodge Magnum needed an alignment after getting new tires, so I gave Honest-1 a visit and was very pleased! The Lobby is clean and has many accouterments that I did not expect from an auto repair shop. Brad, the owner, was friendly, courteous and did a great job of explaining to me exactly what I needed. Honest-1 team did a great job getting my car fixed and ready for my son to drive. They had it ready in one day but i could not pick it up until the next. They really understand what I want and they also make good suggestions. I have started using Honest-1 for my all of my vehicle maintenance needs. My alternator died while running errands on Sunday. I had my AAA tow truck drop off my truck at Honest-1. I dropped off my keys in the drop box and used Uber to get home. I felt Honest-1 could find the problem and fix it. Front end alignment was miraculous! An oil change may seem simple...BUT! My classic VW has leaked oil for decades, no matter who I took it too. It does not leak now. These folks are committed to customer care.

Great service and very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. The four stars is because all the areas where the technician touched my car were dirty, especially the steering wheel. I keep my car very clean, so not having a clean car afterwards was not appreciated. Also, when I called to schedule my appointment, I was not told there would be a $20 initial inspection fee. Other car repair shops do inspections for free, so I didn't know to ask upfront and it was not disclosed to me upfront either. Other than those two minor issues, I was very happy with the service and am likely use them again.
