Brad & Kirk are the BEST! I have been taking my Ford Mustang to them for repairs and maintenance for 8 years. These folks are honest! They do NOT try to sell me a bill of goods. Last week, I dropped off my car thinking that I needed my car serviced however, when I picked it up they showed me my car history explaining that I already had that type of service performed months earlier. I can assure you that they do not take advantage of seniors citizens! They are good people! The staff at Honest 1 auto are straightforward, Up front, Professional. They listen to both me and my car! They are great auto diagnostician's! I have taken my 2005 Ford Mustang into them for service and miscellaneous events for years. The care that this place provides is remarkable. I can't rate their service because I didn't even get that far along, the 2 people I spoke to over the phone were rude as can be. Hard to believe it's family operated, you'd think they'd aim for better customer service. Quick and excellent service. Friendly, clean waiting room, comfortable, free drinks. It smells like cigarette smoke, but other than that, a great place.
