Great service! The people here at Honest-1 Auto Care are professional and live up to their name. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and there is no pressure to get any fancy bells or whistles you don't need. There's even a roadside assistance benefit they give you if you get a repair over $25(I think, maybe $30 lol). Free wifi, a play area for the kiddos, and coffee as well. I didn't end up getting ALL the repairs I needed for my car, because to be honest, I'm a nursing student mom on a budget and just don't have the money to do so. And I am weighing the benefit of putting quite a bit of money into a car that is 15 years old, and not mine. Sorry mom, just saying, I think it's time for a new car lol. I did end up getting an oil change because I was due for one, and the process was quick, easy, and a good value for the money. I have some work that does need to get done on my car though, and once I do have the money to either get mine or my mom's car worked on, I am definitely coming back here versus anywhere else!

I was very straightforward with them on how I don't want to be surprised with random services and I suddenly immediately need when I only visit for one particular service. They are not like other mechanics who will tell you that something needs to be done immediately but will instead give you a heads up and a timeline of when the best time to get something serviced. I never leave feeling like I just got robbed, unlike other mechanics I've seen. They also let you into the shop and actually show you what they are working on in the car. No one has ever let me do that! They just say "you need new brakes. That'll be $$$" They also understand that things have to be broken down to layman's terms when they show you the mechanic work in their workshop. I trust these guys to take care of my car without trying to come up with things for me to spend on.
