I was very straightforward with them on how I don't want to be surprised with random services and I suddenly immediately need when I only visit for one particular service. They are not like other mechanics who will tell you that something needs to be done immediately but will instead give you a heads up and a timeline of when the best time to get something serviced. I never leave feeling like I just got robbed, unlike other mechanics I've seen. They also let you into the shop and actually show you what they are working on in the car. No one has ever let me do that! They just say "you need new brakes. That'll be $$$" They also understand that things have to be broken down to layman's terms when they show you the mechanic work in their workshop. Brad and the whole team of folks there do a tremendous job for me. I've taken both of our cars there for service because he came so highly recommended from a friend that was in the auto sales biz for many years. Thanks guys, you are now my "go to" mechanics for the Lexus and the Mercedes.

I got used to have the better service in the area at Honest-1. Quality and honesty at the right price, don't be cheap because you will pay much more later. I personally sleep well when I pick up the car from there.

Honest-1 did an incredible job of restoring my 1997 Crown Victoria. It now drives like it did when it was new. I can highly recommend this car repair service knowing that Brad and Kurt will make every effort to satisfy their customers. When my car was ready to go, Kurt even picked me up at home and took me back to my car. I couldn't have asked for more. Try Honest-1 before you go elsewhere (I'm hooked).
