Took my BWM to get the breaks done, they gave me a great price, which I assumed was for aftermarket parts. However, they told me they don't really do aftermarket and that price is for OEM brand breaks....great surprise. They also gave me a ride to work, called me once they finished the assessment and told me what needed to be done and recommended a few other things which I declined. They did a great job, no complaints.

Honest - 1 Autocare, in one visit, has destroyed the conventional model of visiting an auto repair shop...instead, I am reminded of visiting my Doctor's office, interacting with the Associates, while the patient, (my Car) goes in for his Doctor's visit...absolutely brilliant, and efficient model!

The Staff at Honest 1 is phenomenal and made me feel like a valued customer. Usually I feel like I am being swindled by auto repair places but not here. And now my car runs great! The repairs they did were timely and made a huge difference.
