Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Fully recommend because they are upfront about cost and extremely thorough. A friend recommended this place a few years ago and I have trusted them for a few visits since. Even had my car towed an extra 10 miles to have Brad's team look at my car. Very upfront about cost before his team works on your vehicle. He has quoted me a diagnostics charge before for higher level inspections, but this assures you that your technician will thoroughly investigate your car for the root problem, preventing another breakdown in the future. My car blew an ignition fuse, stopped running middle of the street and I had no clue that's what happened. Their team quickly identified a blown fuse, but spend a whole day investigating all the probable reasons. The next day they found a wire from my ignition was stripped and grounding causing the short circuit and eventual blowing of the fuse. They could have changed the fuse, called me up and awaited my business shortly after, but instead charged me a little more to find the real problem. Exactly what I want in my vehicle being serviced. Brad and Kurt are great guys, they make stressful car problems a lot less complicated then they need to be. Strongly recommend their business.

This is my second visit for an oil change and they are a 5-star business all the way around: Making an appointment: simple, efficient & friendly Checking in for service: they were waiting for me Quote time to finish service: done earlier than expected Lobby: wifi, comfy seating, big tv, kids play area, refreshments...I got so much work done, I didn't want to leave! Checkout: cost is about 60% less than their quick-service competitors! I'm not kidding! Car: purring like a kitten What I love most is I truly feel they are what they say: HONEST! This time I asked them to look at my brakes as I thought I might be due for new ones. My inspection report indicates I've got about 30% brake life left. Seriously, when was the last time a mechanic was like, "Nah! You're all good?!" I feel like they don't try to sell you anything. As a result, I feel I can trust them if they tell me something needs attention. Thanks so much! I'm glad I found you!
