I could not be mote pleased with this auto repair shop. They do excellent, honest work and explain what needs to be done before doing it, and explain what has been done. Brad has an excellent happy attitude and his team is pleasant, too. Brad shuttled me home and picked me up. I'm so happy to have found Them.

Great service. Brad and his team are experienced in auto repair. Brad is happy to clearly explain and show his customers exactly what's going on with their vehicle and what needs to be serviced right away vs what can wait. The team is truely honest and not pushy on their recommendations.

I was really hoping to like this place. My experiences weren't entirely terrible. There's a lot of good about it and Brad the owner and his family and a very hardworking honest bunch. But they screwed up each time I came in. So even though the waiting room is awesome and the free drinks are great this place won't be my go to mechanics. Had my brakes done and paid just under $300. Had to take it back because something or another and they fixed it for free which is great but annoyed I had to go back to begin with. Oh well mistakes happen no big deal. Last time I went in was for a simple oil change. Was supposed to be a few hours at most but ended up waiting all day for a call that never came. Finally I called and they said they tried calling me. Asked what number they had and it was off by one number. I had even given them one of my business cards so really dumb error. They were apologetic and nice but each time I went in was something like that. I won't be going back but I'm hoping I'm just an isolated thing and 99% of the time they do all their customers right. Some of the best customer service I've seen. The guys are super friendly, helpful, and explain everything well. Will definitely be coming back.
