This place is amazing. It has a kid's play area, complimentary refreshments, the internet and free WiFi access with iPad minis plugged in, ready to be used. Lounging area with 65 inch TV that plays automotive content. It's so clean that you forget you're inside an auto shop. Employees have the best attitude and extremely welcoming. Honest is right! Brad is excellent with the customer service & keeps everything honest & simple. My boyfriend and I come here for our regular oil changes and anything else they may be able to help us with! We totally trust them and would recommend them to anyone! Not to mention their store is clean, they provide complimentary refreshments and have a wonderful waiting area! 5 stars all the way for me!

Changing my Scion service to Honest Auto was the right move. I found everyone there to be friendly, professional and most of all forthcoming in reviewing my service needs. I am definitely satisfied with their service and plan to continue being a customer.

Kurt did a fantastic job with my BMW. I'm a recent college grad with little money, a 10:30-7:30pm job, and a troublesome car. I dropped my car off the night before the work was done, went to work the next day, and the car was ready for pickup by the afternoon. They catered to my hectic schedule even though it is out of their typical work hours, and the job done was immaculate. I got both an oil change and a oil valve cover gasket replaced. They gave me the cheapest quote in the city with superb work. Nothing but love for Kurt's help and work.

Love, love this shop. Brad and his team are Honest and strive to keep the price down. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was out the door in 20 minutes. I also broke my car key the next day. I called Brad to see what to do. His advice was sound. He told me to have two keys made @ the dealership so I would only pay one fee to program the keys to the engine (I lost my second car key a few years ago and never replaced it.) Great service, great advice! I'm loving this place! Excellent customer service and speedy turn around times make me a happy customer. Free diet coke is always attractive!
