My boyfriend had come there to get his oil changed, so I decided to come in to get my oil changed. I really like the report they send with photos of parts that needs changing. Brad was great and was very satisfied with the work. Will be back for my car maintenance.

Brad and his team got me right in for an alignment on my Volvo as well as clearing a code for the check engine light due to a gas cap being left off.

They do great work for a reasonable price and are very easy to deal with...not much more to say.

My wife's friend had recommended Honest 1 because she was very happy. My wife also told me to try them and with my recent visit I was very pleased Kurt , the service advisor was friendly.cheerful and knowledgeable. Brad the owner was very nice also I had a great experience and they took great care in working on my air conditioning service that I needed. I will definitely return in the future and also refer any friends who have any auto care needs.

THESE GUYS NEVER SERVICED MY VEHICLE!!! I called and first dealt with Kurt. He was professional and straight up from the beginning. I was being over charge for services at the dealership and Kurt cut it to me straight. I had a vehicle that was being totaled out by the insurance and needed to know what the bare minimum repairs would be to get it back on the road. I left the vehicle with them late at night dropping the key off in the mail slot. A couple of times I also called and spoke to Brad looking for Kurt, and Brad was always up beat and professional too. In the end Kurt shared some options where I could save some money and cut me a couple verbal deals over the phone. He then advised me that even with the minimal repairs it would probably not be worth my efforts or money in getting the vehicle back on the road due to emissions testing and inspections required by the DMV and CHP. A stand up move for sure!!! So, I took my car and ran. No services rendered!!! You'd think they lost some business and money!!! I beg to differ!! I'm writing this review you're reading right now, and I'd bet you're about to pick up the phone and call these guys. Well, I encourage too do it. I'll definitely be back my self. I know just enough to be dangerous and am often skeptical when dealing with various auto service providers. A friend recently recommended I call Brad and take my car to Honest-1 to fix a water leak. The complete journey from setting-up the appointment to getting a fair quote the ride home and a speedy repair was fantastic. Brad and his Team walked me through the problems with my car (more complicated than first anticipated), the options for repair, and specifically why they recommended a certain course of action. Still, knowing my current situation with being unemployed, Brad offered areas I could scrimp and where I should not with associated risks. I left confident that I spent the right amount to get a quality repair, based on my financial situation. Sure, the waiting room is top notch with comfortable couches, big screen TV, free coffee and drinks, free WiFi, loaner tablets, and the cleanest, nicest restroom you will find in a public business, but what really matters is the personal customer service and confidence that you know you are getting a fair deal. Even if it takes you 45 minutes plus to get here, it is well worth your time and effort.
