I recently had an unexpected, significant repair on my car. Having been a mechanic myself for over a decade in my youth and being a Sales person by trade, I have very high standards and expectations. Brad and his Team were phenomenally helpful and professional in their complete support from diagnosis to coordinating payment. I especially appreciated how they walked me through the various options with pros/cons on the repair and explained the services required. I drive 20 minutes, plus from my house to get to Honest-1, because it is worth the drive!

Being greeted by Brad is always a pleasure. His humorous drawer of Jack in the Box tacos brings a smile to my face. The service here is always phenomenal. I paid for a oil change here and they always do a thorough inspection of the car. Granted my car is old with lots of problems, they always offer me options but never push any unnecessary repairs to be made. Being so close to my work place, I will return here for all my oil changes and other repair work. It is hard to find such honest mechanics that make you feel welcomed.

I came in here around 4:15pm for an oil change. Brad greeted me when I walked in the door and was very welcoming. The whole waiting area was well keep. They had a huge tv and complimentary drinks in the fridge. It was extremely comfortable to wait there. My car is extremely old but they did not try to up sale me on any of their services and only offered their opinions and advice when I asked. The mechanic, Devon, took me outside and showed me some of the problems with my car. Some I already knew about and some that explained why my car felt funny sometimes. I left the store around 5pm after talking about what needs immediate attention and what i could put off. They definitely earned my trust and I will be back the next time I need my vehicle serviced. These guys are really good. Drop it off or kick back and relax on the upscale lounge furniture while you enjoy the big screen tv. Nice amenities including free Wi-fi. Full disclosure on all work done to the car.

You can trust your car will be well taken care of here. Knowledgeable mechanics and staff with no pressure repair recommendations. You always feel fairly treated. Repairs are done quickly and a ride home and pick up is always available.
