You sold me $187 UPPER ball joints to replace my lower ball joints. Ford wants $68.70 for LBJs. Ford wants $409 for labor with alignment. You charged me $545.90 and your alignment, if it happened, generated NO PRINTOUT! TRW JBJ877 is an upper ball joint available for $56.88 on Amazon. TRW JBJ876 is the lower ball joint available for $21.35 on Amazon. Having you do the repairs was a VERY expensive lesson on the due diligence needed before signing the repair authorization. (Maybe it was the gold plating that made the ball joints and brake pads so expensive!)

Great and HONEST service. took my car in for an oil change and to rotate/balance and alignment - was informed the alignment was not needed at this time - saving me money!! I love this place.

I wanted to write an update because I just received an e-mail last week with "Recommended Vehicle Services". The e-mail stated that these services were recommended to me during my last visit but they did not mention these to me at all. So now I'm left here wondering if these are things I really need or if this was a mistake on their end. I followed up by e-mailing them and letting them know that they did not tell me about these other services and I never received a response back. I also forgot to mention in my first review that I had filled out a contact form on their website and was never contacted to make an appointment so I just ended up walking in. Read more I honestly wanted to like this place and I don't want to rain on their parade but I felt they took advantage of me, possibly because I'm a female. I went in for an oil change and afterwards they told me I had the option of getting a couple other things done to avoid future issues. I had them done as a convenience so I wouldn't have to deal with it but later when I was asking a friend if it was something I needed, he said probably not and even if I did, I was way overcharged. They seemed very disorganized when I was there and the oil change took close to 2 hours. I had gotten there right when it opened. This was my first time here but i will definitely be a return customer. Brad was easy to talk to and explained things as they went along. The techs in the shop did a great job, pointed out some things of concern but weren't pushy about "do it right now". Waiting area was clean and comfortable. As a woman i felt safe. I will recommend this business to others and look forward to future visits.

The service is excellent, the owner explained in detail what was going to be done, and how much it would cost. The replacement part turned out to be defective and my car had to go back to the shop the following Monday when the new replacement part arrives.
