I wanted to write an update because I just received an e-mail last week with "Recommended Vehicle Services". The e-mail stated that these services were recommended to me during my last visit but they did not mention these to me at all. So now I'm left here wondering if these are things I really need or if this was a mistake on their end. I followed up by e-mailing them and letting them know that they did not tell me about these other services and I never received a response back. I also forgot to mention in my first review that I had filled out a contact form on their website and was never contacted to make an appointment so I just ended up walking in. I went in for an oil change and afterwards they told me I had the option of getting a couple other things done to avoid future issues. I had them done as a convenience so I wouldn't have to deal with it but later when I was asking a friend if it was something I needed, he said probably not and even if I did, I was way overcharged. They seemed very disorganized when I was there and the oil change took close to 2 hours. I had gotten there right when it opened. I heard people cussing in the back which seemed very unprofessional to me. Read more
