Took my car in here to get a second opinion. Like I assumed, they said that what I was quoted by another car shop, was incorrect. They were honest about what I needed to get done to my car. I decided to wait on getting it fixed, because it wasn't a safety issue, but when I do decide to proceed, this will be my first pick. They also dropped me off at home while I waited, which was very convenient. All the employees here are very pleasant, which makes the whole experience just that much better. Highly recommend if you're looking for clean, honest work. Update: I got into my car and my stick shift was broken!! There was a small piece of the plastic part that must have broken when they did a test drive. I didn't say anything, because I could probably glue it back together, but I'm bummed that they didn't say anything when they gave me my car back. Also, the leather feels worn, like they tried to fix it with something, but then it scratched off some of the leather part. :/ Took my car in here to get a second opinion. Brad was kind enough to take the time to keep the RV for several days to try to recreate the vibration and smoke problems I was having. Although they were unable to reproduce the vibration issue with test drives, I appreciate that they gave it their best shot at no charge. I also brought my Volvo XC90 for a service before an AZ trip - they got it done quick. Highly recommend. Thanks

My 2012 Ford Edge has audibe pulse in the front end while making a right turn at 30+ mph. You can also feel it through the steering wheel. Honest Auto had ths car for 4 days but could not diagnose the cause of the issue. They even brought in a Ford guy to take a look. I have been to a lot of Auto mechanics that would have started replacing things and running up a bill, but not Honest Auto. They said they were sorry they could not find the cause and asked me to let them know if it got worse. They also assured me that they saw nothing to make them think the SUV wasn't safe to drive. No Charge! These guys just earned my business going forward.

I have been coming to Brads shop for about 2 years. Everyone is nice and professional and I know when they are done that my car is A#1. I also know if something is about to go and what need to do about it. Wouldn't go any place else.

Brad really does care about you being a loyal customer. Shoots it straight and tells you exactly what to expect. My car broke down the next day after getting it fixed. His team not only got me into the garage immediately, but helped get my car there, which could have been easily not their problem. Definitely will used them for all my automotive repair needs as they have demonstrated enough reason to trust them in all their recommendations.

When a company puts the word honest in there name it makes you always think twice. It's like a Pizza place using the slogan "NEW YORK STYLE" and then you drive all the way there to find out that they couldn't find New York on the map. So being from NewYork I really appreciate straight talk and no BS . I want to thank Brad the owner for the no BS and being total honest. I brought my BMW in to read a bunch of codes and after removing the codes the car ran great. He kept the car overnight just to make sure and called me the next morning to pick up the car and no charge.WOW! Per usual, Brad and his team provided service above and beyond the call of duty. I got an oil change and my tires rotated for my 2013 Subaru Outback. Brad is friendly, helpful, honest, and does good work. What else could you want in a mechanic?! Most people dread going to the mechanic, but I can't say that about my experience with Honest-1. Plus, my kids love playing in the little play area set-up in the waiting room! Car taken care of? Check. Kids entertained for an hour? Check. I highly recommend Brad and his team at Honest-1.
