Honest one has never steered me wrong. They always advise me on what my car needs but never pressures me to do it! Their prices are extremely fair and their customer service is outstanding!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Honest-1 has superior customer service and fair pricing as demonstrated by meeting my need in a two-hour time frame. I showed up on a Friday morning without an appointment needing tires for my daughter's car before dropping her off at college and leaving for Georgia. They provided transportation to and from our hotel and changed all four tires before my daughter had to arrive at her college orientation; the price quoted was the price charged. Their shop and waiting room was clean and internet friendly. Pat was friendly and ensured me that the car would be ready in my time frame. I left feeling assured that Honest-1 was the auto shop for us.

So far this is the best auto service I have found in our area. Pat and Janet are absolutely amazing. They explained the entire process for our car in great detail. The prices are affordable and more than fair and their service is top notch. I came in for an oil change and ended up getting their value package because it was such a great deal! Janet even took the time out of her day to drive myself and my 3 kids home. Wow! Where do you get that kind of service nowadays? Right here at Honest-1. I highly recommend Honest-1

This review is long overdue, but I stopped in for a quick oil change on a Saturday morning and was helped right away. Brad the owner is a hoot and was super nice. Gave me a rundown of all the services I should probably be considering soon because my car is getting old but didn't pressure me to get anything done right then and there. I really appreciated that he didn't threaten me with imminent doom for my car in order to get me to have more work done. Will be back!
