Thank you for your kind service. You went out of your way to get a part from the dealer and made sure my wait was not too long. I found your waiting area to be modern, clean and comfortable. Thanks for the coffee and soft drinks as well. I was able to get some work done and reading. Also I enjoyed seeing the news channel on the TV. Your restroom was also very clean. I appreciate your explanation of what went wrong and how to fix it. I think you saved me a lot of expense that I would have had at a dealership.

So far this is the best auto service I have found in our area. Pat and Janet are absolutely amazing. They explained the entire process for our car in great detail. The prices are affordable and more than fair and their service is top notch. I came in for an oil change and ended up getting their value package because it was such a great deal! Janet even took the time out of her day to drive myself and my 3 kids home. Wow! Where do you get that kind of service nowadays? Right here at Honest-1. I highly recommend Honest-1.

This repair shop was recommended to me so I went a little out of my way to service my truck. It was a tailgate problem that needed a small part. Brad was friendly, forthcoming and competent in his assessment and explanation of the problem and prices. He also drove to a dealership personally to get the small part once we found out what was needed. I opted to wait and was glad because it took much less time than I expected. Meanwhile I was able to get some reading done in their clean and pleasant waiting area. The TV had a good news channel and they offered me coffee and soft drinks. I also found the restroom to be clean. They have a small play area for children. They fixed the problem and looked at yet another problem. The bill was much less than a dealership would have charged. I was very pleased and would recommend their service.

This is the only garage that I trust my vehicle to! They truly honest in their business. They refuse to greet females differently then the men. They show you everything and has even started to send you the information on everything they check on your vehicle. I personally have found this invaluable!

This place is by far some of the best service I have gotten with reasonable repair costs for whatever it may be your getting. They let you know exactly what their doing as their doing it and on top of that they have play area which my son had a blast in while the repairs were completed. I will continue to return if you're unhappy with your current shop check this one out i highly suggest it.

I went there initially to see how honest their pricing was for their service, what I found was complete honest pricing and great service with detailed explanations of what was happening while they were looking at. I was very happy with the result. To add to it I had my 14 month son with my aka the hurricane and they had a play area that kept him busy the entire time of the service! If I any complaint at all it would b I couldn't find a trash can which has nothing to do with repairs to a car and was right in front of my face. Great place great people great service!
