Awesome service

Franchised business, but the only one in Orange County. This particular location is a family business (husband, wife, daughter, son, father-in-law all work there). The location is really clean, with very nice amenities, and free Wi-Fi. If you choose to wait, you'll be comfortable, and will have great conversations with the people that work there. This is not your typical garage. You will not see, or even smell, grease anywhere. The best part, though, is that they take the time to actually explain what is going on with your car, what your actual options are, and let you make the decision to do what is best for your vehicle. This is a business that truly understands that it is the repeat customer, and growth via strong referral, that will make them strong and viable. I take all three of my vehicles there on a regular basis. Signing up into their social media program will give you additional discounts and promotions that will help you make better decisions on the health and maintenance of your vehicle. I could not recommend this group any stronger.

These guys are great! They are both personable and professional. I have an older car, so I've been in a few times. Each time, they remember me, and remember what they did the last time. Except in unusual cases, they get me in and out the same day, even if parts for a 15-year-old car have to be ordered. And, being on their mailing list for coupons, etc. doesn't hurt! I highly recommend them!

I have come here for several issues over the past year or so and I have never been disappointed by the fabulous customer service that has been presented to me on each visit. Whenever I come in with a problem the staff informs me what is wrong, likely cases of how the problem arose, what they will do to fix it, how much it will cost, and an estimate of how long it will take. After they take the vehicle in for inspection they always call me to confirm that the issue is still the same as originally presumed and ask if I would like to go through with the repairs, of course after giving me another estimate on cost and time. No surprise charges at all. Honest-1 Auto has also impressed with their policy of informing the customer of what needs to be done now and what can wait until later. They have yet to try to perform any services that the car is not in need of at the time. They merely inform and ask what the customer would like to do. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area, or even those willing to travel for truly excellent customer service.
