First time customer. Did some last minute Yelping on a Saturday morning for a "high rated" shop that can work on my Audi. The car needed some relatively simple gasket replacement work. With me being very particular about where I take my cars, it seemed that Honest-1 Auto Care was a good option. Upon arriving on Saturday morning, I was immediately greeted by Brad (Owner / General Manager) and Pat (assistant manager?). They were very helpful. He explained costs, anticipated wait-time, etc. The customer lounge was very nice. It's clean, spacious, has cold A/C (it was 92 degrees outside), big screen TV, a play section for toddlers, free basic refreshments, and several iPads for customers to use, free WiFi, and a clean restroom. The work area can be seen behind the front desk though a few windows. The work area looked neat and organized. I like that the owner / shop sticks to their business concept... they pride themselves and doing honest work for all their customers. They don't up-sell anything to anyone if it's not needed. If there are certain repairs that can safely wait, they'll explain that it can be done at a later time. Their labor costs / pricing were also very competitive. The one thing that totally caught me off guard was the basic warranty / roadside assistance that was offered. I think it varies based on what work was performed, but knowing that such a thing was offered was pretty impressive. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed along with the customer service. Honest-1 Auto Care are great all around. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I'll definitely be coming back for other work needed. Thank you Brad and Pat.
