Brad Jill Janit and Justin our immediate family the rest of their family I do not know them all by name but are some of the best mechanics in the industry. Pat is on the front lines with a smile and greeting handshake always willing to look up the exact part and Match it with the appropriate price. There are complementary refreshments available while you wait in front of a large screen TV just like you're in the comfort of your own home. There is also a small play area for you parents that need to bring your children long. Safe and protected in a corner, with your watchful eye they will never be out of your site. I'm telling you they thought of everything and your safety is their concern. Bring your friends family and loved ones.

Brad took the time to call Subaru and a parts store to inquire about replacing Spark plugs and giving the option of not doing a very expensive and likely unneeded work (replacing plugs that should last 100Kmiles at 60K). Great service, as always, and Honest-1 is a comfortable and friendly place to take a car. I've never felt pressured into more than I needed and in fact,often spend less due to their recommendations and step-wise method of problem solving. My car's A/C (different car, different time) took a few attempts to fix but it was done in a logical and cost-effective manner.

Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. You guys are very straight forward and actually tell it like it is. And most importantly, you don't up sell us. You just give an overview on what problems there are and what can happen and then you let us decide! I hate feeling pressured when I go anywhere else. Also the staff was extremely friendly. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HONEST-1 TO ANYONE. WHEN I PHONED IN ABOUT MY PROBLEM, I WAS TOLD TO COME IN WITH MY CAR WITHIN THE HOUR AND THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST ME. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL UPON THE GREETING TO THE COMPLETE SERVICE.

Went in for an oil check and they did that plus fix a leak in my tire. Great service and price is right!

I love this garage. I feel funny calling it that because it is so much more. Brad always makes sure that each and everyone fully understands what is wrong and what it is going to take to fix it. The facilities has a woman's touch and is always clean. There are sodas, waters and coffees. Also they have iPads for you to use and comfortable seats to use. There is also a huge TV that the customers get to choose what is on it. Over all it is like home.
