Top quality service I've come to love trust and depend on. My family safety is number one. Brad and his family take this seriously. I have been going to honest one since it opened. Brad Jill Janit and Justin our immediate family the rest of their family I do not know them all by name but are some of the best mechanics in the industry. Pat is on the front lines with a smile and greeting handshake always willing to look up the exact part and Match it with the appropriate price. There are complementary refreshments available while you wait in front of a large screen TV just like you're in the comfort of your own home. There is also a small play area for you parents that need to bring your children long. Safe and protected in a corner, with your watchful eye they will never be out of your site. I'm telling you they thought of everything and your safety is their concern. Bring your friends family and loved ones.

Brad took the time to call Subaru and a parts store to inquire about replacing Spark plugs and giving the option of not doing a very expensive and likely unneeded work (replacing plugs that should last 100Kmiles at 60K). Great service, as always, and Honest-1 is a comfortable and friendly place to take a car. I've never felt pressured into more than I needed and in fact,often spend less due to their recommendations and step-wise method of problem solving. My car's A/C (different car, different time) took a few attempts to fix but it was done in a logical and cost-effective manner.
