The shop is very clean, very friendly, and very professional. The owner Brad taking care of my needs asking for details of needed parts and explained to me very patiently. And my it mostly trusted mechanics Charlie Fong has been working here for a few months. Brad even kindly arrange a plan to leave my car here tomorrow and drop me home when he leaves office here. They are very kind.

I had an amazing experience here at honest 1 auto care. I felt like they were extremely knowledgeable about their work and honest as well. They didn't try to push any of their services on me but instead offered their advice and opinions should I ask. I will definitely be back.

Customer satisfaction is most definitely a priority. I came in for an oil change and the process was quick and informative. They also gave me a complimentary roadside assistance thing up to $75 for spending over $25 with them. Additionally, they called me a few days later to see if I was satisfied with services! It was very thoughtful of them. I highly recommend coming here!
