I set up an appointment for an oil change for 1:00. I am still sitting in the waiting area at 3:00. They didn't have the oil filter. I asked for the eta on the filter and he called the parts supplier who said it had been delivered, delivery guy walked in with the part as he was on the phone. The last place that did it finished in 20 minutes, came here because they are closer to home. Hoping the work quality is better than the wait time. The mechanic did a thorough check of the car and show a critical tire issue that I replaced. Work was good, time and job management was poor.

Great customer services and extremely personable. They make you feel like family and their service is award winning after my new car got a flat (nail) and then 2-days later, my rear tire got a flat too!! They made everything simple plus I was able to work at their shop while my car was getting worked on. Gotta love a place that has free WIFI too.

Went in for a tire change and a tire patch... Above and beyond service and client relations. Really good guys! I will continue going to them.

Always receive great service!

I came to Honest 1 after being treated terribly by Riverside Metro Mazda. I had a brake issue with my Mazda 6 which absolutely should have been covered by warranty, but the Mazda dealer refused to help. After being quoted roughly $600 by the dealer, I decided on a second opinion & luckily came to see Brad at Honest 1.... The entire experience was excellent & best of all, they were able to fix my car for $138! I'm extremely pleased & not only will return, but will also refer my friends. Great Job Honest 1!
