They did a service they don't even do.

Got an oil change from these guys! The dealer said we needed a transmission fluid change, but the Honest-1 guys pulled up the recommended Ford service intervals and showed that we still had 90K more miles to go. Never going back to the dealer, will go to these guys instead. Oh yeah and Valentines Day candy was a very nice touch...

Brad is always friendly! I Found this business on Yelp, based on all of their good reviews. I'm new to the OC, so when my car was having trouble, I was concerned I might end up with someone who would overcharge me for not knowing a lot about cars. I trust Honest-1 to respect me and never overcharge me for things that I don't need. I've been back for various issues/maintenance in the past couple months, and will continue to do so as long as I live here.

This is my second visit to Honest-1 and I am still so grateful that I have such a great place to bring my car. I appreciate the time that Brad and Janet took to explain exactly what was going on with my car. They also explained to me, in detail, what my options would be to fix the issues. I absolutely love this place! Car is running great! Thank you Honest-1 =] Absolute best auto shop I have ever been to! There is a nice, clean waiting area with coffee and refreshments, a big screen tv and a play area for kids. I brought my car in for an oil change and addressed some other issues I was having as well. Roly, one of the mechanics and Janet one of the managers, brought me out to my car and showed me specifically what was going on with my car. I really appreciated the thorough inspection. They're so amazing I will never go anywhere else but here ever again. They really are honest and they're the best at customer service they remembered the customers that came into the shop after me by first name. This really is a family auto shop... I feel like part of the family here.
