Today was my first visit. I just needed an oil change and decided to call since we had received an ad in the mail. Brad was friendly on the phone and it sounded like they could get me in pretty quickly. I'm SO glad I called instead of going to just an oil change place! Brad was delightful, as was everyone on the team who I encountered during my visit. Walking in, the front desk and waiting area are bright, beautiful, and not at all what I would expect of a car repair shop. While my car got her oil-change and thorough inspection, which didn't take long, I sipped a Dr Pepper and enjoyed the free wifi. (Ok, I got a little distracted by the massive TV. I hope you're having a Super Bowl party!) Just before finishing up with my car, Brad walked me through the inspection and how the car was doing. He let me know his recommendations and educated me in a very patient and down to earth way (not condescending) about some of the things about my car with which I was unfamiliar. He wasn't even remotely pushy about the additional services, which I'm still considering, but didn't need to do right away. It was super refreshing. Shortly thereafter, after being charged exactly what I expected (the actual price in the ad!), I met my car out front, and was stoked to find my windshield clean, my low tire sensor no longer glowing (I thought it was broken, turns out I'm not that rad at checking my tire pressure), and even some candy and a nice note on my dash. It was a great experience, start to finish. I am really thankful I came in and glad to know we have somewhere to get not only honest service, but a really pleasant visit.
