Hi Jim Your shop recently did an oil change service to my 1993 BMW 525i a couple of days ago and were not able to reset the maintenance reminder light. After checking "youtube.com", I found out that all you had to do was run a wire from pin #7 to pin #19 on the diagnostic connector under the hood for 10 seconds with the ignition n the on position then remove the wire and that's all that was needed... Your relatively low rating is for giving me a $1200. repair list needed and not even topping off my power steering fluid and for not going the extra mile to reset the maintenance light... Your shop most likely will not see any of the 7 cars I own. Thanks
