I called multiple auto shops and Honest1 was the kindest on the phone. They were nice when I dropped my car off in person and explained every step. The lobby was clean. My repairs were faster and cheaper than quoted. Overall EXTREMELY impressed. Thank you Kurt!

Decent pricing in oil changes, great discounts with VIP club card. Easy to work with. Fast service (in and out in just about an hour for a 9am appt).

On May 9, 2023, I went to your location to get an oil change. I presented the online coupon that I had printed out, which clearly states that it expires on May 23, 2023. However, the employee at the counter refused to honor the coupon, stating that the business had changed its prices and was no longer honoring online coupons. I am very disappointed with this experience. I understand that businesses have the right to change their prices, but I believe that they should honor coupons that were issued before the price change. In addition, the employee at the counter was very rude and dismissive. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously.

HONEST-1 organized a convenient appointment time. They were friendly, ready to service my truck, quickly ordering the replacement parts and completed the services by early afternoon. Their quote and final bill were fair and no surprises with the bill. I will definitely return for my future auto servicing.

They are true to their name! They are genuine good people that do good work. They don’t try to push you into buying anything more than what you need. Around Christmas time, I even got a little candy pouch from them, which was very sweet!

"Honest?" Not. I paid a hefty price to this auto repair shop to replace my wheel bearing assembly. Three months later, my car had the very same problem. I went to another shop that was truly honest, and they re-replace my wheel bearing assembly, they did an awesome job. I did not go back to Honest1 shop because I didn't want to throw good money after bad I do not recommend this shop.

Very kind and professional workers. I liked how thorough the technicians were and very informative as to what they did.

Had a radiator issue and ended up needing a new one. The guys and Kirk did a great job getting it done on a holiday weekend.
