On May 9, 2023, I went to your location to get an oil change. I presented the online coupon that I had printed out, which clearly states that it expires on May 23, 2023. However, the employee at the counter refused to honor the coupon, stating that the business had changed its prices and was no longer honoring online coupons. I am very disappointed with this experience. I understand that businesses have the right to change their prices, but I believe that they should honor coupons that were issued before the price change. In addition, the employee at the counter was very rude and dismissive. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously.
