Quality. The only way I can describe the work performed by Brad and his team. I have been bringing my vehicle to Brad and his team at Honest 1 Auto Care for a little over a year now and every experience has been positive. For someone who loves their vehicle as much as I do, it's hard to trust others to work on it. This is not an issue with Brad and his team. Trust them to do the work on my vehicle. Prices are more than fair and for one who is a full-time student, they have worked with me. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I can not say enough about the great experience I had at this place. Brad and Jim are funny guys. They were pleasant as soon as I walked in the door (on a Saturday, without an appointment). I needed my first oil change for my car, and went to Yelp to find a good place, and saw the previous good reviews for this place. I could not believe their policy (and you get a booklet to prove it), that with any service over $25 (which is most), you get 365 days of Roadside Service!! Forget AAA, go to these guys! I will be returning for ALL of my car needs!

Honest-1 in Costa Mesa is my preferred auto repair facility. Their prices are reasonable and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need. You can rely on their experience and workmanship.

I read the fantastic reviews on Yelp for Honest-1 Auto Care and decided to give it a try. I needed rear shocks and I have to say, Brad and Jim were SO nice - real down to earth guys! I made an appointment and they were so quick - the price was more than fair (less than what I was quoted at my usual place) and they also give you free roadside assistance when you become a new customer. The waiting room is fantastic - nice large TV, comfy chairs, free WiFi, free coffee, sodas, water, and even iPads for you to use if you want to. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!
