I came here a month or so ago and had some routine service done to my truck such as spark plugs and oil change. Service was excellent and I was very pleased overall. I was too lazy to leave a review and now I wish I had. Fast forward to last night...I found myself stuck, and broken down with a busted alternator. A tow truck driver asked me where I wanted to take it so I called Honest 1, they were closing in 30 minutes..I liked how they treated me prior to this so away we went. When I arrived, they had been closed for 20 minutes and Brad was still there waiting for me. I was greeted with a warm welcome and he made sure my vehicle was locked up safely in the garage for the night. I can't begin to express how awesome their customer service is there, 5 Stars for Brad! Their prices are fair and they take care of you! Trust me, this is my second review on yelp in years, but I was moved to write this review. I highly recommend this business.

I ended up getting new rims and tires for my car Specailly after this place destroyed my rims (SEE PICTURES IN MY REVIEW BELOW)and putting the wrong tires on my car. Here is the interesting part of this. The guy that put the new rims and tires on my car NOTICED with in seconds that the tires were the wrong size for my "Sedan". He said the tires were for Porsche Cayenne which is a SUV not a "car". Brad insisted that I ordered those tires which I exclusively remember I did not. Even if I did order the wrong size Brad should have been seasoned enough to notice since he is in the "" business ". He got the tire size wrong and tried to blame his customer. This place has a lot to learn when it comes to tires and taking care of potential good customers. I threw away the new tires I got here! What a waist of 1100 bux (when brad was ringing me up I was nice enough to tell him that I owe more money because he was not paying attention. I should have kept my mouth shut ) The blessing is because of this I found my new tire place which is "Nitrous" located in Pomona and is more than worth the drive. I should have known how bad this place was when Brad called me (I kid you not) around 6 times the night I ordered the tires and even then he was quoting me on three tires and not 4. KEEP DRIVING BY THIS PLACE! If you want a shop (Brad) to completely talk over you and not listen and say he has a line of customers and puts you on hold so he doesn`t have to listen to his mistakes!! then this is the place for you. Brad I want my car fixed at BMW and not your shop or your "friend" that can fix my rims. Your "owners comment makes no sense.. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS SHOP!! Have no clue where all these 5 star reviews came from. I CAME HERE BASED ON THE REVIEWS AND LITTLE DID I KNOW!! First I don`t think these guys know what they are doing when it comes to putting new tires on your car. I don`t think they work on high end cars because they not only SCRATCHED/GOUGED MY RIMS but put the wrong size on the rear of the car. They bent the plate that covers my brake drum and threw the rear camber off. ALL THIS TOOK MORE THAN 4 HOURS TO DO EVEN WHEN THEY WERE NOT BUSY..Nice only goes so far but the destruction of your car is what is most important!! I think this shop is good for basic oil changes on older cars and that is it. I`m new in town and was looking for a place to buy new tires from. Boy was I wrong. I learned a lot in this process that it`s better to ask a friend where to go and not look at reviews. When they tried to fix the rear camber the wrench kept slipping off the nut which i`m afraid it`s stripped by now. If this shop does not make good on the damaged i`m DISPUTING MY CC CHARGE AND CONTACT THE BBB and Small Claims. I`m taking my car to BMW and am afraid of the cost of the damage that was created by this place. I have 3 BMW`s and a Mercedes Benz (all new) and thought I had found a new place to give my YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING..They expect you to come and waist your time all day so they can continue to destroy your car, Btw Brad my BMW cost more than the machine you claim that does`nt scratch rims. I would like to have you put the devices back on my car so we can match up the damage. Brad yes if a customer disputes a charge there is something you can do, make good on the damage of my car and the dispute can be resolved. This review is telling the public to be aware of your incompetent shop!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.. The name should be Destruction-1 Auto. I'm not trying to destroy your business by posting a true review here as you stated. You do a good job DESTROYING It yourself. These people don't deserve a business dealing with the public. I will not go away until Brad makes good on fixing the damage. It doesn't work like that brad. I brought my car to you in "good faith" and expect you to fix my car in "good faith"as you are now challenging if my car had any damage on it. This place is a disaster!!! Honest-1 definitely has the best customer service I have ever received while having my car serviced. They have a shuttle service to take you where you need to go while your car is being serviced too! Honest, affordable and thorough! This will be where I take my car from here on out!

I tend to be long-winded, but for the sake of getting this review out there instead of putting it off another day, I will ATTEMPT to keep this short. If you are not interested in the long story, scroll down to my SUMMARY at the end. Previous to finding this shop, I have trusted only two other mechanics in nearly 20 years. At one point, I towed my vehicles 65 miles just to have them serviced by the mechanic that I had hoped would never retire. In other words, it takes a lot to impress me and earn my trust. I could go on about many horrible experiences I have had with other mechanics, but I am certain that I am not alone in that department. What I will do, instead, is focus on my positive experience with this business. From the very first interaction with Brad, I felt comfortable that I was in competent hands. His customer service skills are top notch, and I feel that it is accurate to state that he is a professional at his trade. His is a family owned and run business, and his son and daughter were both courteous and professional as well. I would willingly recommend their services to family and friends, and not just because they were nice people and their price was fair, but especially so because of an interaction that I witnessed between the father and daughter whilst I was standing near the counter waiting for the work to be done on my car. Allow me to explain... A part had come in for another customer's vehicle and the daughter had noted that the billing invoice for the part was higher than what they had quoted the customer because it was a higher quality part. At this point, she turned to her father and asked if the price increase should be reflected in the customer's invoice. His immediate response was that the price should stay the same because he had already provided the customer with a firm figure. Will this happen every time? Who's to say? Perhaps if the price was significant, things might have gone differently, but I am confident that the customer would have been given options and kept in the loop, unlike some experiences that I have personally had, elsewhere. The important part is that it did happen, and that I saw it with my own eyes that Brad has good business practices and he is inculcating them within his own children. Well played, good sir. SUMMARY FAST to service my vehicle. SHORT wait time. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and FRIENDLY service. VERY FAIR pricing for services rendered. FREE sodas, water and a COMFORTABLE waiting room with television and wifi. would HIGHLY recommend.
