Amazing! After being screwed around with at another shop, I took my Camry here. Not only was their guest service on point, but they pulled out every stop to make sure I didn't not feel I was being swindled. They kept my car overnight to make sure it was diagnosed when the engine was cold AND the diagnostic fee was only $28 (compared to $80 elsewhere). I was kept up to date and called promptly the next morning with a complete explanation of what they found, what it all means and what they could do for me. After I approved, they called to have me get my car and it's running like an absolute dream. Thank you!

I love the guys and Katie here at Honest1. I have an older car that has needed some repairs in the past year and I have no problem taking it to brad and the guys. Yea, they cost a little more than plain 'ol Joe but when I get my car back I never have to worry that anything will go wrong or that another part is gonna be broken within the week like I have had happen in the past with other mechanics, you get a three year warranty with any parts and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you guys for treating me like a family member and taking care of my baby.

The place is really pretty great. They have free drinks (soda, coffee, etc.) and wifi (even free tablets to use). There's also a little kid play area. The man who was at the counter was really friendly and seemed to genuinely care.

Brad is cool and personable! I called them 30 minutes ahead and they were able to accomodate me, and finish the work quickly. I'll come back in the future.

The Honest One-Auto care truly lives up to its name. I've always been skeptic of auto mechanics but Brad, the owner, turned me around.He was sincererly straight forward and amiable and walked me through all the repairs I required, and actually showed what my car needed and how he was going to do the repairs and servicing.
