Per usual, Honest-1 has not only met, but exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is superb. The mechanical work is performed quickly and with excellence. I happily refer everyone here! Update 2/29/16 While no one enjoys getting mechanically work done, the team at Honest-1 makes it so much more pleasant! And dare I say, even fun?! Brad, Janet, Justin, and the rest of the team are kind, down-to-earth, and so helpful! They treat all my questions with respect and go above and beyond a basic level of service. I can't recommend Honest-1 enough!

In my opinion Honest-1 is the place to go!!! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Not once did I feel mislead or lied to regarding services needed. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the store, especially the restroom and play area! They even offer refreshments and Wi-Fi stations!!! Not recommended for students who can't afford their huge charge on your car. Replacing a starter for $670 was incredible. I did it my self and it took about 30 minutes with $100 part cost. It was an easy job for a typical non-automotive person to replace it. 3.7 hour labor which I was told by the person on the desk, was not acceptable. Nice customer service though! I came in for a oil change thinking that this was a regular type of garage but was completely blown away on how clean and inviting the place is. Big comfy chairs and couch, large screen tv, free drinks and coffee (not the cheap stuff either). I even brought my wife down to check out the place and was very impressed with the place and speaking with the service guys. As for the work they explained everything and even showed me that one of my air filters needed replacing because it was pretty dirty and there was no pressure to replacing it. I was in and out within 35 minutes and they were cheaper than some of the others places that I visited in the past.
