I brought my car in for an oil change around 9 A.M., I asked how long (when someone asks that they usually mean don't take all day), anyway the man says about an hour. It took them a whooping 4 hours!! When i go to get my car I say "that took a while" trying to hint my annoyance (i know so passive aggressive) but I had so much to do that day! He said to me "well you didn't tell me you were in a hurry" or something along those lines. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Apparently you have to tell them you're in a hurry when you want a simple oil change to be done in an hour. And this is on their slow day! It gets worse. I quickly leave and as I'm driving towards the freeway my engine completely shuts off. Really??? What were you doing for the past 4 hours besides find EVERYTHING wrong with my car to try to get me to spend the price of my car to fix. At least when I went back they fixed the problem really fast. Overall never going back.

Every time I have been to Honest-1, everyone there has been kind, courteous and extremely professional. I've been going there for a year now, and want to commend Brad and his team on jobs well done, on everything from checking my turbocharger to changing my oil. Thanks guys!

Brad and the entire team at Honest One took great care of my ageing vehicle upon my recent service experience. I have used them for a number of repairs, to purchase new tires and to trouble shoot problems with my almost 200 k mileage 1999 SUV. I will look to them for any and all future auto upkeep needs. And their shuttle service was prompt, friendly and appreciated!

This is one of the worst places I've ever done business with. I got mechanical work done on my car here back in mid-May. I complained about a screeching sound coming from the passenger front side of the engine. I explained it sounded like the front bumper was loose or something related to that. They insured me it was the motor mounts, and so they replaced my motor mounts (on a 2010 Nissan Sentra). It cost $570. Mind you, I had my motor mounts replaced the year before, and I'm pretty sure its not a yearly thing. Anyway, after a month I began to hear the same sound again! And 3 months later I'm still hearing the same sound! Honest-1 Auto Care robbed me of almost $600 because they probably thought this girl wouldn't understand what they were doing. Do not do business with this place, unless you have money to blow! They mark up the price of everything! Good job. the 87' chevy sub will be next. Make sure you save used parts that needed replacing.
