Brad and the guys did a great job like always.Oil change, wheel alignment and brakeflush for 200 bucks is a good deal to me. Also free of charge the checked the undercaraige of my car.It had been run over a curb. Good Job guys.

We brought our daughter's car to have a noise checked out and have the car looked over. She is taking it to college in AZ. They were very friendly and informative. The work was done quickly. The job is complete and well done. We have brought other cars to Honest 1 Costa Mesa and the service is always great. We will continue to bring our cars here. So nice to find a great car repair shop.

THIS IS THE BEST AUTO CARE IN THE AREA.

This place is great. Great prices, great service and great work. They are all very pleasant and friendly too. There is all that one could want in their waiting area, coffee soft drinks, water, all free! Even a big screen TV with remote!!! Internet, WiFi (whatever that does) free too. If you have to go home while they work on your car they will even give you a ride and then pick you up when the work is done. I'm not accustomed to all these ammeniities .. love it. I had not had my car serviced for perhaps three years and was afraid they would find lots of problems. No .. they changed the oil (& new oil filter), rotated the tires, moved them front to back and vice versa, torqued wheels, checked tread, all fluid lines, etc. To top it all off, the price was more than reasonable! I'm never going anywhere else.

Service Adviser Jim, did not provide a proper estimate over the phone. Instead said would provide a free brake inspection. I Went there without doing my homework. After inspection, he gave a quote which I accepted not knowing then that it was big rip off. Later I found out that the parts were so overpriced. I even suspect that there might not have been a need to replace my rotors. Just brake pad should have been fine. Never ever I will go there.

I won't be back. $500+ and nothing is fixed. And they had the truck for a total of 8 days, then I was told it would cost over$1000 to replace a part I ordered for $199 plus shipping that is plug and play, with 3 screws and 4 plugs to connect. I was disappointed with the service and responsiveness of the office staff.

My experience here was so great! All I was looking to do was get a new tire and usually I end up waiting half the day for it to get done! They fixed it so fast while I sat in the air conditioned waiting room with a complimentary coke and flat screen tv! Talk about takin care of your customers! They were also as nice as can be! Best experience so far (and I've had a lot as I've had a lot of flat tires!)
