This is one of the worst places I've ever done business with. I got mechanical work done on my car here back in mid-May. I complained about a screeching sound coming from the passenger front side of the engine. I explained it sounded like the front bumper was loose or something related to that. They insured me it was the motor mounts, and so they replaced my motor mounts (on a 2010 Nissan Sentra). It cost $570. Mind you, I had my motor mounts replaced the year before, and I'm pretty sure its not a yearly thing. Anyway, after a month I began to hear the same sound again! And 3 months later I'm still hearing the same sound! Honest-1 Auto Care robbed me of almost $600 because they probably thought this girl wouldn't understand what they were doing. Do not do business with this place, unless you have money to blow! They mark up the price of everything! I've come to Honest-1 a few times now, and Brad and his family/employees are never anything but friendly and informative. Everyone was very helpful in tracking down the source and getting it fixed at a reasonable price. Quick turn around and awesome communication are what keep me coming back. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I am a very pleased customer and will refer others in need of a great/HONEST mechanic.

I've been to this location a few times, and have received the best and most honest auto care advice out of any other mechanic shop. I always get full synthetic oil changes for my Honda Element, and they said it only calls for semi synthetic and that I can save 30 dollars. ( I already knew this, but I've never had a shop offer to save me money before). And just today my girlfriends gas cap wasn't going on her Mercedes and they fixed it in only a couple of minutes so we could be back on our merry way! Thanks to the guys at honest one auto care!

I have to start by saying that I usually don't write reviews, but this place really deserves one. From the moment you walk in you feel like you walk into your friends cozy house Brad completes the circle by treating you like an old friend, he is laid back, funny and enjoyable to talk to, he will go the extram mile to make sure you get all the information possible, not only he gave me a card and referral to a trqnsmission specialty place, but he even called and got a quote for me. Its so hard to find a mechanic who makes you trust what they tell you, and he is not pushy at all, he even told me that I can do some stuff myself to save some money, definitely showing me how he prioritizes his costumers best interest, im sure I will be back with the confidence that I'm getting a top quality service for a competitive price, if you live even fairly close, it's worth the trip!
