I won't be back. $500+ and nothing is fixed. And they had the truck for a total of 8 days, then I was told it would cost over$1000 to replace a part I ordered for $199 plus shipping that is plug and play, with 3 screws and 4 plugs to connect. I was disappointed with the service and responsiveness of the office staff.

My experience here was so great! All I was looking to do was get a new tire and usually I end up waiting half the day for it to get done! They fixed it so fast while I sat in the air conditioned waiting room with a complimentary coke and flat screen tv! Talk about takin care of your customers! They were also as nice as can be! Best experience so far (and I've had a lot as I've had a lot of flat tires!)

Absolutely fantastic! They squeezed me in last minute and to me out of the door in less than 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Best part? They left some lollipops in my car to say thank you!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back for all my car needs.

Ok first let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of giving my opinion when I have a good or bad experience. I purchased a bmw not to long ago....my car started to over heat about a week ago while I was getting off the fwy to go to work (I know sucks!!!) I found the nearest mechanic near my job and I stumbled across honest1 online I have to admit the first thing that caught my eye was the name of the place so I thought to myself hopefully they stand behind the brand. I dropped my car off the same day it started to over heat the staff was so welcoming and so was brad the (owner)he didn't make me feel like I was dumb nor did I get the vibe that he was a blood sucking mechanic (yes I said it) not only was his staff friendly but they were fam(ily) which I love!!! His wife was a sweetheart she dropped me back off at work and even picked me up from work to get my car I ended up having a crack in my radiator not to expensive but I must say that I appreciate the honesty and humbleness that they provide they could have told me it was a million things wrong with my car and would cost 3k plus just because I was a young female with a bmw and they did just opposite and for that they have my Buisness I feel like I have found an honest mechanic and I recommend this place to any and everyone thank you brad and to your wife as well xoxo

Excellent Service Provided at Honest-1 Auto Care ..... I came in for a regular oil change, was educated about the different Oil types, and their advantages as well as cost benefits, enabling me to make an educated decision on type of Oil that would work best for me. Also, basic car inspection was carried out, a detailed and honest feedback provided, with no pressure to do any "additional" work. Great service and speedy. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks !

The guys I dealt with at Honest 1 Autocare were great. They told me what needed to be done and when my vehicle would be available and that was that. In the past I've taken my vehicle to various places for repairs. I'm going to give these guys a shot at my business and see how it goes...so far so good!!

The office staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area was large and clean. There was a play area for children and complimentary sodas, water, or coffee while you waited. I would highly recommend to anyone.
