Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Came here today for an oil change! This is probably the BEST oil change experience I've ever had. I've been taken advantage of at other auto shops in the past that ended up ruining my car since I'm a small Asian girl who just obviously look like I don't know a thing about cars. Since then, I've been very cautious of choosing the right shop. But seeing that this place is family-owned, I decided to give it a shot! The oil change took around an hour but the atmosphere in the waiting room/main office was so nice that time passed by super quickly! The staff were very welcoming and down to earth which made me feel at home. The couch was comfy and I was told that I could change the channel on the TV if I wanted to. There's a Keurig for FREE coffee and a mini-fridge stocked with various sodas and water. I was surprised to see that they even had a table of 3 iPad minis available for customers to surf the web! Also, there's a little play area for kids. Lastly, they offer free roadside assistance if you spend over $25 on a service! All in all, I was super impressed with this place and would definitely come back again for my next oil change or other services. I was skeptical at first at how great the ratings are on here but I totally understand why after going there!

I recently had a great experience at Honest-1. I was referred to them by Autozone. It's very friendly and the staff made sure I was taken care of. They organized everything and gave me rides as needed (the owner and manager themselves). Thank you to everyone who worked on my car and of course to Brad and Janet!

I had a nail in my tire and my sis-in-law told me to go here. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! They even called me to let me know they found a nail in a different tire. Great prices too. Would definitely refer and come back!

I have been to many mechanics in my driving life off over 27 years and this shop is by best one I have ever visited. Hands down! It's the template for all auto mechanic shops to follow! They are welcoming, nice, patient, explain thoroughly what needs to be done and why (if you want to know), plus will be truthful about if anything can wait or needs to be repaired now. These guys really care about your car, want you to be safe and to come back again and again. The waiting room is very pleasant to be in and they are honest about how long the wait will be if you choose to wait. They also offer shuttle service if you live close by.
