Worst service!!!!! Came here for oil change , but that day was full waiting 3 hours ok I understand. So I made I appointment other day. Unfortunately I was late 10min and waited line other 10more min . ....then guy was classier Told me they need 3 hours for complete oil change because they had star to other customer. What !!!! They are not flexible as they don't understand what customer thought. Appointment llllmake no meaning at this place! This is the 3rd time I've been there and I have no complaints, the shop is very clean and all of the employees are very polite. I don't know why you would want to go anywhere else. I'm very satisfied with the work and the prices are competitive. Give them a try.

I love this place. That's a phrase I never thought I'd say about a car repair place, however after taking my car here twice, I no longer dread going to get my car looked at. Brad and his team are super friendly, and go above and beyond my service expectations. Brad is upfront and honest about your car, so I know I'm getting the feedback and service I need to keep my car in good, running condition. Brad doesn't pressure you into spending more money, and simply lays out the benefits and differences between different options. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car here, and know I will get the necessary work done right the first time, and at the best price possible.

Their service is superior and their prices are more than reasonable. As for their shop, it is super clean and equipped with the newest technologies. The office is very organized and nicely designed. It also includes a safe play area for children. In the wait area, you can watch TV, browse on the tablets, or get your work done. Wifi is free and fast. Complimentary refreshments are available; you hear Brad and his team members often asking their customers to help themselves to refreshments and coffee. H1 Auto Care is not just a car repair store; it is a place where professionalism meets family values. These guys love what they do it right because they care about you and your safety. I normally do not write reviews but wanted to do so because of the wonderful service I recieved today. This shop really has it on the ball and I will definitely recommend to everyone. Today was my first visit and I will go back again.
