This is a first-class store, the one on Baker street in Costa Mesa. The people who run the place are kind, courteous, friendly and know their business. I feel like they charged a fair price for services, and my vehicle runs great now! We had been loyal customers of another major car-care center, but after this experience, particularly because of these individuals who run it, we have chosen to bring all our trucks and cars here.

His facility is great and his whole staff is knowledgeable and awesome! Tell them your car problem, they inspect, diagnosis and then thoroughly explain to you what's going on, what they can do to fix the problem and how much it'll cost. Went back to Honest-1 because they are very caring and honest! Brad the owner takes the time with his customers to talk with them and Mike takes the time to explain what they are servicing and why.
