So -- when is the last time you took your car in and went to buy what you just assumed were going to be 4 tires, and then when the mechanic actually gets your car on the rack and does a thorough examination he calls you in to the shop and tells you that you really need just two (2) tires? And also with the mechanic giving you the reasoning and explanation of WHY you just need two tires instead of four? This was, by the way, AFTER I called around to get quotes on four tires, including Honest-1 Auto Care, and BEFORE the car was put on the rack. For the record, Honest 1 was already competitive for the set of 4 (none of that "buy 3 get 1 free" stuff either. Just a truly competitive quote for each tire). When you throw in an alignment that also was competitive, now you really have some awesome value. This was the second time I visited this shop. Their brake job they did on my Lexus ES 350 seemed too good to be true in terms of service, explanation, price, and overall experience - and believe me when I tell you this: I have a disdain for just about every mechanic I have ever dealt with in the past 32 years that I have been driving here in Orange County. What Brad (and his staff) do besides give good pricing and service is EXPLAIN IN PLAIN ENGLISH why or why not you may need a particular thing done (or not) to your car. This company is obviously in this for the long haul, as customer service and repeat business seem to be the most important thing Honest 1 strives for and offers their customers - including competitive pricing. Also a side note for those of you who may care: His shop is extremely clean, organized, kid-friendly, coffee tastes good, and basically not your average shop. An A+ experience for this cynical, mechanic hating customer who most certainly will give them more business (I can't remember the last time I actually looked "forward" to recommending a mechanic in my adult life, I think it was back in 1982 or something like that...)

Great people and great service. I plan on bringing my car here for as long as I live here. Everything was ordered and picked up for me, despite making a last minute appointment, in time for my service. Always friendly, best customer service, and just a great atmosphere.

You guys are wonderful. No matter what I bring you you figure out a way to fix it. Helpful honest fair prices. Went out of your way to show me how to accessmy inner cabin filter that was obviously a little more difficult than normal cars. You guys are awesome. And you did not even charge me for the time you spent trying to figure it out for yourself. You guys are above and beyond. Thank you what a wonderful staff.

Wow, let me just say as a lifelong skeptic of auto repair shops, I had all my worries put to rest. I explained that I was told I needed to replace my struts, but Brad said he'd take a look and make sure. He hoisted my car up, on the spot mind you, and showed me exactly what to look for, hear for and feel when struts start to go. After review, he said that they were in good shape and not need of repair!! I was floored with relief. This was after taking it to one place saying it needed to be replaced NOW. The level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge put me at ease immediately; and to add to the comments, the place is top notch. C'mon, free coffee, soda and water?! No one does that. I highly, HIGHLY recommend anyone to go there, especially those of skeptic minds.

Had to get 2 rear tires replaced and was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour. Got done in about 45 minutes. Fastest service I've had with any mechanic ever. The staff was also quite friendly. I would recommend them and will be coming here in the future.

Customer service has become a lost art at most businesses but not here. Brad and his crew are exceptionally good at taking care of business and treating the customer with respect and courtesy.

I needed a place to run diagnostic test for the check engine service light on my Nissan Altima and get the engine codes. AutoZone pointed me to this place and I'm happy they did. Brad from Honest-1 was very accommodating at the end of the day to check and let me know what's causing the check engine light. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a reset and let me know what to expect if the check engine light comes back on. For the short time here, I was impressed on what I saw with their waiting room as shown in the pictures. Makes you feel at home. Recommend this place as their name states "Honest-1" and this stands true for Brad and this auto shop.
