I know Brad the owner and the family now for few years and been in Honest-1 Auto Care with our family cars for 3 times since they opens up this location in Costa Mesa, I been very happy and satisfied with how they handle the repair and the level of honesty and integrity that this family offers to their customers. The front offices is beautifully designed and is very clean and comfortable to stay and Waite while my car was getting oil change! They have the wifi, TV, coffee station & more! They also have the certified group of Techs that doing a great jobs in the back! I know Brad have over 25 years of experience and he is a master tech himself with lots of knowledge about repair. This is a great place to bring your car for a simple oil change, tune up, alignments & up to replacing your engine! They can do it all with great service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Honest-1.

WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH BRAD AND THE HONEST 1 TEAM. THE FACILITY IS VERY CLEAN AND THEY HAVE THOUGHT THROUGH JUST ABOUT EVERY SCENARIO MEANING IF SOMEONE HAS KIDS THERE IS A PLACE FOR THEM, IF HAVE TO WAITH THERE IS A TV, WI-FI AND A CAR TO TAKE YOU HOME IF YOU CAN'T WAIT. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I went to Honest-1 for the first time after my car didn't pass it's smog test. I was so impressed with them! In no particular order, my top three likes of my experience: 1. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Brad and his team were outstanding! 2. The print-out estimation of repairs that broke down each item that was needed and the costs associated. So easy to understand what was needed and then get to show it to my husband for his review later. 3. The play area for my toddler. Okay, this might have been my favorite part. Such amazing attention to detail for them to provide! (Can we come play when my car isn't broken?!) 4. (I know I said three, but I thought of another one). The shuttle service to drop me off at home and pick me up later. So convenient and helpful! I highly recommend Honest-1 to take care of your car needs!
