Needed an oil change on a Sat afternoon and looked on YELP. Honest-1 was 5 stars so I read the reviews and was convinced to try them out. I gave them a call they said to bring it in at 2pm. It was only 1 pm so I asked if they could fit me in sooner, he said how about 1:45, I said GREAT! Brought the car in, the waiting area was Magnificent!! Great couches, FREE Wi-Fi, FREE Coffee, FREE Sodas, FREE water and FREE use of any of the 3 I-pad minis that they had setup nicely. Oh and if you have kids you're in luck! They even have a play area for kids, which is nicely setup as well. Service was also fantastic. I was helped by a courteous man at the front desk. I also got a chance to talk to the mechanic that inspected my ride and he was also very nice and courteous. All the pricing was upfront, nothing was a surprise. Upon bring my car in for the oil change they realized right away that it was a larger engine so it would need more oil so they explained to me right away that it would be a few bucks more for the extra oil,.......No problem! Thoroughly impressed with my experience here. I didn't have anything major done, just a tire rotation but I was extremely impressed with my experience and what I observed at Honest-1. The owner clearly has a lot of pride in his work and shook my hand and thanked me, for a tire rotation. The lobby is beautifully redone and quite frankly, feels like one of the fancy dealerships around town. Highly recommend you swing by if you have any maintenance issues that aren't covered by the dealer. If your experience is anything like what I saw, you won't be disappointed.

Best auto shop around! Best deals, friendly/helpful workers, and fast service. Very knowledgeable and fair employees. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Fast and excellent service

Great service and very helpful! Everyone is always friendly. I'm happy to finally have a place I trust that I can take my car to.

I love this place and will not take my car anywhere else now. I've done 2 oil changes here and they were very fast. While waiting, I'm always offered drinks with my free WiFi and comfy seat! The owner is super friendly and will not push me to get anything I do not need, but always makes sure to have the car thoroughly checked! Additionally, they were amazingly helpful today as my car battery decided to die while I was in the area. They were able to jump my car to help me come in to get the battery replaced. The good thing is that if you spend over a certain amount, you get free roadside assistance...which is great for me since I recently canceled my AAA membership! Keep up the great work Honest-1!

This was my first time trying Honest-1 and i will surely be bringing my vehicle back. I felt like everything was upfront and, for lack of a better word, honest. The service was fast and I felt the prices were fair and competitive with other auto repair shops. Ill be back, well I hope not to soon....

I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care. Fast, HONEST, great work at a great price. I've lived in the neighborhood for a couple of years and always drove by but never went in. I finally had the privilege to go check it out for myself. I'm really glad I did. This is a GREAT neighborhood mechanic! I recommend them to all my family and friends.
