Honest 1 auto care gave great service. Although just an inspection and oil change, they did a thorough job that I was very pleased with.

I came in for a key fob reprogram. These guys damaged my key fob and didnt do the work I approved of. I went back in and gave them an HONEST chance to resolve the issue and they were unwilling to discuss any resolutions.

While we appreciate the fact you are upset because you did not get your fob reprogrammed, we would like to clarify some facts. You had your vehicle towed in and it would not start. You only had a key and no fob. Our technician found the fob under your seat. He found that the passive key system was not working. We suggested reprogramming the key and the fob. When it was found that could not be done, we asked you for a new key and fob.You brought a key and fob that was not for your car. The computer said one of the fobs was lost and one was delete d. We programmed your key only and your car started. We suggested you go the dealer for new fobs. we communicated clearly with you and only charged you for reprogramming your key. You returned saying we damaged the fob but we never did anything with the fob only looked it up online. The fob was not damaged it just was not programmable because it was somehow deleted.

Our son-in-law highly recommended Honest-1 after he had several dealings with them. I took my vehicle in for an antifreeze leak and they were quick with a diagnosis and estimate. It turned out to be a much bigger job than they bargained for but fixed it correctly for the agreed price and never complained. I would highly recommend them for your repair needs.

Since they released car and hadn't locked wheels properly that was dangerous and disconcerting so cannot give a good review sorry post 😐

This is the third time I've had Honest Auto take care of my car and the experience and customer service was as great as ever. They're very honest, reasonable, provide options, are very accommodating and able to resolve issues quickly. They are patient when it comes to explaining things and make sure you understand, not like other auto bodies where you don't feel comfortable asking questions. Highly recommend Honest Auto.
