Their mechanic crashed my hood on my car, they sent it out for 4 weeks and replaced it with a hood that doesn't even have the metal bar to hold it up! It used to stay open by itself! This place is HORRIBLE! Picked up my car once after the overheating was supposedly fixed...almost blew my engine on the way home, Brad says, "One of your engine fans isn't working!" Wow!! The deceitful duo - Kurt and Brad! They have lots of fake charisma, but do not be fooled by it. Cuzzzz, it will shortly be followed with anger if you dare question their work or prices! That's what thieves do...they act like they're soooo angry with you...its just a ploy to get you to stop questioning their corrupt practices!

Always friendly and welcoming. Does a great job with normally a one day turn around time. I’ve been going here for 10 years and will continue to go here for as long as I can. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Honest 1 Auto Care were friendly from the moment I talked with them on the phone to the moment I left. When they called me to discuss the quote for my break pad service, I also asked them to look at the front passenger fog light and see if they could fix it- they weren’t able to because of the damage but they put it back as best they could without charge. They also ran a diagnostic because my check engine light was on, and walked me through some options and ideas that may help. I will definitely be returning!
